I came this morning and saw Cristabel and was very pleased with the check which I had for my cats.

I have put all of my pets into the very capable hands of Twickenham Vets. A good, knowledgeable rabbit vet is pretty hard to find. Although we have since moved from the area, we simply cannot find a vet who we trust more, so drive the 40 minutes to ensure our herd get the very best treatment from the team there. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 5 stars all round. The fact that we have seen the same faces for many years, speaks volumes about how happy the staff must be.

We cannot thank Christabel & Wendy and the team enough for the delicate operation getting a large grass seed out of Ruby's neck. She was a very poorly girl prior to the operation and back to her bouncy self today. It is well worth travelling from Guildford to visit this team of experts knowing that Ruby was well looked after from the moment I left her to picking her up.

Me and my current five have always felt respected and well-cared for. Kit is a frequent visitor because he's always getting into scraps. I've never felt that unnecessary treatment has been advised and I wouldn't trust anyone else with their care.

The entire team from vets, nurses, receptionists and managers are incredible. They go above and beyond in every aspect of their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have only ever dealt with the lovely Wendy but this is the dream veterinary surgery. They are extremely thorough and professional, whilst remaining friendly, personal and relaxed. Also, they never try to flog unnecessary "extras". A really honest set up which is well worth a drive from Chiswick. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

5 Stars - 11-02-2017 - Sheba

Our cat Sheba was very poorly, we knew that there was not much they could do for her but the vet doctor was so kind and understanding..... We will now book another appointment for our other cat Lucky to checked over... I would 100% recommend it to anyone .... Thank you so much for today..

I wish I had found them sooner they are so helpful kind and friendly and they do put the animals first, they listen to you when you are trying to explain what's wrong with your pet and understand that you get worried about your pet, I have never been to a vet that has 5* receptionists 5* nurses and 5* vets. This is the only vets that my animals willingly walk into the surgery rooms just amazing, I cannot thank them enough all round fantastic team.

Our cat Thomas recently had to have some teeth removed and I cannot thank Wendy and the nurses enough for looking after him so well. He's a very nervous traveller so was very stressed on arrival, but Loron and the team immediately calmed him down before his op. It was so reassuring to know he was in safe hands throughout. I can't recommend them enough

Christabel has been our vet since before her practice at her present premises. We first met at Pierre Andre's practice in Kew many years ago when sent there as an out of hours emergency. We never did return to our local vet, even though Kew could be a trek. Consequently we were delighted when Mr Andre opened his doors in Twickenham with Christabel at the helm. We have shared laughter and tears over the many years, our last big 'loss' being one year ago today - our old boy Magnus Pierre. Christabel was able that day to make a visit to our home meaning I could hold our twenty year old cat in the comfort of his own home, with the sun on his back for the very last time.. The needs of the animal are obviously paramount but she will always do all she can to help the owner manage sometimes very tense and worrying situations. Indeed all at the practice know us well and are always happy to help or advise in any way they can.. So tonight as we light a candle and remember Magnus and others that have gone before him, we also think of and thank all at Twickenham Vets for their hard caring work. THANK YOU.
