Hi Christabel & Wendy, Thank you so much for all the care and attention that everyone gave to Ruby yesterday before, during and after her operation. Ruby was very well looked after and I was given expert advice and reassurance. A day after her op she is wagging her tail and showing off her collar with pride.

I wish I had found them sooner they are so helpful kind and friendly and they do put the animals first, they listen to you when you are trying to explain what's wrong with your pet and understand that you get worried about your pet, I have never been to a vet that has 5* receptionists 5* nurses and 5* vets. This is the only vets that my animals willingly walk into the surgery rooms just amazing, I cannot thank them enough all round fantastic team.

Our cat Thomas recently had to have some teeth removed and I cannot thank Wendy and the nurses enough for looking after him so well. He's a very nervous traveller so was very stressed on arrival, but Loron and the team immediately calmed him down before his op. It was so reassuring to know he was in safe hands throughout. I can't recommend them enough

Christabel has been our vet since before her practice at her present premises. We first met at Pierre Andre's practice in Kew many years ago when sent there as an out of hours emergency. We never did return to our local vet, even though Kew could be a trek. Consequently we were delighted when Mr Andre opened his doors in Twickenham with Christabel at the helm. We have shared laughter and tears over the many years, our last big 'loss' being one year ago today - our old boy Magnus Pierre. Christabel was able that day to make a visit to our home meaning I could hold our twenty year old cat in the comfort of his own home, with the sun on his back for the very last time.. The needs of the animal are obviously paramount but she will always do all she can to help the owner manage sometimes very tense and worrying situations. Indeed all at the practice know us well and are always happy to help or advise in any way they can.. So tonight as we light a candle and remember Magnus and others that have gone before him, we also think of and thank all at Twickenham Vets for their hard caring work. THANK YOU.

Just had to write and say Twickenham Vets is the best surgery we have ever been too!! Having found our gorgeous kitten(now a cheeky cat!) at Arc animal charity, we were introduced to Twickenham Vets. They are simply the best, from everyone to the cheery receptionists to wonderful Wendy, who saved our cats life before we adopted her. They are professional, warm hearted and so caring, you can feel what a happy place it is when you walk through the front door. That is why we drive from SW14 when we need to take our cat to see Wendy - I would recommend them to everyone!

You had just moved into twickenham premises when Ben needed his badly gashed leg sorting at 11pm. Nothing was too uch trouble and he has never suffered since. When it came to putting our lovely old cat Tiger to sleep, the kindness and compassion for him and us was outstanding. I moved away but I know Phil kept coming back for Ben's annual vax. I use another surgery now in Cambridge but would consider coming back to you if Oz needs the final treatment. So pleas d to see you every now and then on FB and your lovely staff. Please don't let the 'big guys' get hold of you, although I think you could compete with Noel Supervet for compassion. Hugs all round to you.

We found this surgery through our existing vet, Adam (who recently joined the team there). I have to say that in the short period of time we have been going to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery we have found everyone to be so lovely, when you arrive you always receive a warm welcome and even when I go in on my own to collect medication the reception team always ask how our cat Misha is. When you look at the “Meet the Team” page generally everyone has been there a long time which gives clients peace of mind when visiting knowing that the team know the pet personally. The fact that the surgery can retain its staff speaks volumes about the surgery ethos of putting a pet’s welfare first, they truly care. To give testament to how we feel about the care Misha receives we drive to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery from Worcester Park, Surrey - going well out of our way and in the process passing countless other surgeries to take her to the best one! We do hope to be clients for many years to come.

We are taking our cat to Italy for a month in September. I have been talking to Wendy about this possibility for a while and she has been very encouraging. Without this I might have decided it was too difficult. She has been really helpful in suggesting how I should go about it to ensure that both Marmite and and my husband and I enjoy the journey. She is genuinely interested in the animals and remembers details about Marmite each time he visits. I enjoy going to the vet even if the cat doesn't!

I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else other than Twickenham Vets! Toby my chocolate labrador has had elbow problems since he was a pup and can't get out the car quick enough to see Wendy! He even sits outside her consultation room and barks if he has to wait!! They are all so kind and caring, and never once have I felt uncomfortable with how they handle my boys! Words can't describe how much support, time and love they have given to Toby in particular and for that I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend anyone who is not registered with them to register immediately because the difference to previous vets we have been with is just not even worth comparing!!! And not to mention the endless support the team have given me when growing my own dog walking/boarding business, which has been incredible. So thank you to all the team at Twickenham Vets!! Love Clare, Toby and Teddy!!
