5 Stars - 14-04-2017 - Liz

I have 4 dogs and have always received the utmost care and friendly concerned attention from both receptionists and vets . In particular i must mention Will. One of my dogs recently was seriously ill and was sent to the RVC they recommended that she be put to sleep as there was nothing more to be done. All during this time Although it was Over a weekend including Sunday, Will was on the end of the phone for me both to reassure me and speaking to the RVC . He gave me his mobile number and told me to ring anytime Completely above and beyond anything he needed to do . Ian also met my husband before the surgery opened to scan my dog . This type of care is so appreciated The reception staff Jill and Rebecca also are so caring I was receiving calls from the almost on a daily basis to check on Tula's progress She is still with us and running around again thanks to all the brilliant vets . Care like this is so appreciated and i would never even consider using any other practice Thank you all at vets4life

Ever since bringing Pip in for her first visit at 8 weeks, everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. Pip loves coming into reception to see Rebecca and Jill and always get lots of fuss from them. No question is too silly and no appointment a waste of time. I always come away feeling reassured. Thank you Ian, Will and the team!

I have 4 cats all signed up with Vets4Life Shepperton. The Sunday opening hours at the sister practice in Teddington (1000 till 1400) are fantastic and especially when I came home to find my kitten had cut its paw pretty badly. Total professional service, always friendly, always go out of their way to find time for appointments. The staff take a real interest in your animals and treat them like their own. The vet plan scheme is a real boon especially with an adventurous kitten and an elderly cat with kidney and thyroid disease. When our gorgeous Danny cat was diagnosed with an aggressive lymphoma last June the team were amazing, particularly Ian, Sue, Caroline and Jill. Danny was able to go into remission for the best summer months and did what he enjoyed most playing and sleeping in the garden and when the time came Sue gave us as much care as she did Danny. Do no hesitate to go anywhere else.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. The whole team, including the receptionist give us such a warm welcome. They treat my kitten, Dotty like their own and always give her cuddles! Their pet plan makes flea treatment, vaccinations and check ups manageable and the 10% off goes a long way as well. An extremely efficient and caring practice with extremely efficient and caring staff.

Vet Response

Thank you so much for the lovely words, Dotty is welcome back for cuddles any time! Ian

At last we've found a vet we trust with our precious Honeydew. We adopted her from bulldog rescue in 2012,sadly she was a neglect case & needed loads of TLC. Finally when she was well enough to be spayed we found Ian Stroud & we opted for keyhole surgery, the recovery was amazingly quick & the practice was amazing. I would certainly recommend them to anyone

Vet Response

Dear Colette, Dave and Honeydew, Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are glad to hear that honeydew, and yourselves, are happy with the service! If you have any feedback for us that can help us improve further we are always keen to hear it. Many thanks, Vet4Life
