A massive thank you to the practice for your help with our Cocker Spaniel "Hobbs" yesterday. We had to take him in to you after he suffered an unidentified injury to his paw and reacted strangely - we were worried it might have been a bite! Your receptionist was so helpful and friendly, even meeting us at the door! The vet was entirely professional, efficient and friendly. We could not have asked for a better level of help, so thank you very much. We established that Hobbs is probably a bit of a wuss but you put our worries to rest very professionally. Thank you.

I can't thank you for the help you gave our dog after being attacked. You saw her straight away. Even when we went back for a check up nothing was to much trouble. Thank you all once again. Your our hero's xx

I found these Vets when I first moved to Andover and I cannot believe my luck! They are the sweetest, most caring vets imaginable. My cat had a kidney scare and they were extremely understanding and sympathetic throughout his visit. They know your pets by name and really do their best for their patients. They all continued to try and get my very angry cat to eat even though they sacrificed a few fingers after his procedure! I cannot rate these vets enough, from the receptionists, to the vets to the practice owner! They are all lovely.

My mum and myself took our little man Patch (a guinea pig) for what we knew was his final visit. His back legs had gone, and was struggling to get around. We knew that he would be taking his final sleep. The Staff put us at ease and did everything they could to make us comfortable. The vet took time to explain what was happening, and to thoroughly check over Patch.

I love my local Vets4pets. They look after the health of both my dogs with the upmost professionalism. From teeth cleaning to the usual vaccinations and the occasional broken bone, they are amazing. You never feel rushed during consultations and their diagnosis and treatment is very thorough. I would highly recommend them. I also love their personalised marketing :-)

its the little things that make big impressions that stay with you all ways like receiving a condolence card from the staff after they helped me put down my princess. the friendliness, help and genuine loving care for my dog and myself would mean i would highly recommend this practice and that i would use them in the future.

Over the last month my guinea pig had been losing weight. Amy was gentle and kind in explaining what the problem may be. When today my guinea pig became very unwell she kept me up to date by phoning me. When my Guineas pig passed Amy gave me a lot of support, was friendly and kind, I couldn't have dealt with it on my own. Michelle the receptionist was also incredibly kind and gave me the time I needed to deal with what had happened. Thank you for your fantastic kindness and endless care during all of my visitors.

I rehomed a 5 1/2 year old bitch recently and selected Vets4Pets at Andover as the vets. Unfortunately, she was fearful to the point of aggression but everybody there helped to calm her and have continued on all visits to help socialise her. I recently had her spayed and again could not praise this practice and its personnel enough. I have owned dogs all my life and have experienced very good and some not so good veterinary practices during my life, in Europe and the UK. When she opened her wound, the practice cancelled all appointments and treated her immediately. Due to the care that she received, she survived and she now actively enjoys visiting (she gets treats and is fussed by all the staff). I visited today and once again not only she but I and the staff enjoyed the experience. She and i have received the highest standards of care, assistance and helpful advice. I am not one for writing reviews but believe that praise is certainly due for this practice. I have already recommended Vets4Pets Andover to other colleagues and friends and will continue to.
