The first time I had to visit Vets4Pets was a month ago because our 11 year old Labrador had developed a bad cough and had a growth on his mouth that we were extremely concerned about because it was getting bigger and it was bleeding. The vet that saw our dog 'Sam' was Mihai, who was fantastic, he explained Sam's condition and the available treatments for him and what we could expect to happen. We left with medication for Sam but knew he was deteriorating, Although as a family we found it difficult to come to terms with the decision we knew we would eventually have to make. Almost a month later we returned as a family unanimous in the decision to let Sam go, we couldn't prolong his discomfort, and it was agony for us to watch him deteriorate a little more every day. We booked the appointment at Vets4Pets and were greeted by the receptionist and Mihai, as soon as he saw Sam he remembered him despite only seeing him once before, he also noticed that Sam had lost weight, and after examining Sam he reassured us that we were making the right decision because Sam was deteriorating quite rapidly and this way we were all able to say goodbye to him. This was especially comforting to me because I was constantly questioning myself and searching for a reason not to let go, but I knew I did not want to see Sam suffer, Mihai was really understanding and treated my family and Sam with complete respect and dignity. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Vets4Pets, thank you to all the staff and particularly Mihai.
