We took our little kitten Leo to Vets4Pets and we would like to thank you all for making us feel welcome. The receptionists were friendly and we had a chat about Leo and cats in general. The nurse who gave us our first consultation was very knowledgeable, kind and had a lovely way with animals and people. This was our first visit and I can guarantee it will not be the last. It's hard to find a Veterinary Surgery which has such outstanding charisma. Thank you for a wonderful visit,

A huge thanks to all of the team at Vets4Pets for the treatment and dedication you have given to our pet Toby. A special thanks to Lawrence the vet for his dedication and help. Not forgetting all the other members of the team from the nurses and the receptionist. Don’t know what we would have done without you all in the treatment of Toby. What a fantastic and dedicated team. Thanks very much to all. Alan and Pat and not forgetting Toby xxx

After visiting numerous times over the past three weeks because one of our cats was in an RTA, it's safe to say I couldn't ask for a better vets practise. Every single person from the vets, nurses and patient coordinators was absolutely lovely and it was evident how much they cared for every animal including ours that was seen. Thanks to all the love and care, our cat is recovering well after being told initially he might need to be pts. Thank you Vets4Pets Burscough

First time I have been here and although it was only for a minor thing (tick removal) everyone was so friendly and helpful. my cat is extremely nervous and last time he went to a vet had to be sedated but here although he was still jumpy he was fine, they were so good with him. Thank you.

After the very sad time when we had to say goodbye to our gorgeous 12 year old staffie, the aftercare from Burscough vets4pets team is wonderful. We received a beautiful card with such lovely words from the team as well as paw prints of our beloved dog, they also included forget me not seeds for us to plant. Absolutely wonderful, we will have some beautiful plants to remember her, thank you vets4pets for everything.

The first time I had to visit Vets4Pets was a month ago because our 11 year old Labrador had developed a bad cough and had a growth on his mouth that we were extremely concerned about because it was getting bigger and it was bleeding. The vet that saw our dog 'Sam' was Mihai, who was fantastic, he explained Sam's condition and the available treatments for him and what we could expect to happen. We left with medication for Sam but knew he was deteriorating, Although as a family we found it difficult to come to terms with the decision we knew we would eventually have to make. Almost a month later we returned as a family unanimous in the decision to let Sam go, we couldn't prolong his discomfort, and it was agony for us to watch him deteriorate a little more every day. We booked the appointment at Vets4Pets and were greeted by the receptionist and Mihai, as soon as he saw Sam he remembered him despite only seeing him once before, he also noticed that Sam had lost weight, and after examining Sam he reassured us that we were making the right decision because Sam was deteriorating quite rapidly and this way we were all able to say goodbye to him. This was especially comforting to me because I was constantly questioning myself and searching for a reason not to let go, but I knew I did not want to see Sam suffer, Mihai was really understanding and treated my family and Sam with complete respect and dignity. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Vets4Pets, thank you to all the staff and particularly Mihai.
