On Sunday 22nd October, my elderly lurcher had his second stroke, and I had to make the awful decision to let him cross the rainbow bridge. From the moment I called the vets I was treated with compassion. I took Gandalf to the vets, was seen straight into a room and Gandalf was given a mattress to lay on, the vets were kind, patient and gave him fusses while reassuring me that I was doing the right thing, they made a very difficult day easier. Gandalf was treated with total love and respect. This morning a condolence card arrived from the vets with a packet of forget-me-not seeds in it, such a lovely gesture. I highly recommend Vets4Pets. Thank you Denise, Benedetta and Kerry-Anne for their help xx

My latest visit to the vet for my 15 yr old jack Russell was to discuss his old age issues. The vet is familiar with all my pet's history and was able to offer a dietary supplement in the first instance. My pet has been visiting this practice since he was a puppy and had more than one life saving operations here. All the vets, nurses and support staff are caring, compassionate and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

It was recently that my rabbit was ill with a stomach problem which I've learnt can be fatal for rabbits as they have sensitive guts so when they stop eating properly it can be a real worry. The vet wasted no time making sure we came up with the right solution for our rabbit. It was evident that all the staff showed care for all the animals that came into the practice. I was extremely satisfied that when she was left in the vets care she wasn't left alone the entire night. With some staff coming in to the surgery in the middle of the night to check up on the wellbeing of the animals and giving them a bit of attention. I would recommend this practice to friends and family based on great value for money with their plans and helpful caring staff.
