All staff at vets for pets Cardiff bay have been fantastic in every aspect of caring for my little boy. Extremely quick admission for surgery with the most loveliest vets to myself and my little prince. Cannot fault their high standards of veterinary care and empathy for me at a very stressful time. I won’t be taking my animals anywhere else.

My cat as a kitten suffered a lot with her stomach, a year on and they're still excellent. If I'm ever in doubt I just pick up the phone to them and they're always happy to help and answer any questions I have. Recently, my friends cat was spayed at another vets and they did an awful job. We recommended that she took the cat to our vets at Pets4Vets who took her in without hesitation and she is now on the road to recovery :)

My cat Milly, recently suffered a nasty house hold accident and had a received a broken jaw in the process. She required surgery and the Team at Cardiff Bay Vets 4 Pets were so loving and tentative to my Baby and treated her like she was there own vat. They told me everything that was going to happen to her and kept me informed consistently about her progress while myself and my children waited around for her. Nothing was too much trouble and even worked past the 7pm closing time to personally go through what she needed to have done as after care for her going home. In total the 4 members of staff that were there explained in depth the detail. I cannot praise them enough and are a real credit to there profession and cannot speak highly enough and also the price I had been quoted at another Vet was £ 2000 cheaper and I am certain the level of care would have been nowhere near what my car Milly received, and I would personally on behalf of my family and Milly thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you have done. Thank You all.

My 13 year old cat maisy has been very ill with a blocked stone in her urethra which is quite rare in female cats. The care she has received from day 1 has been exceptional. She was transferred to Langford veterinary centre for an operation and after care. My vets at Cardiff bay rang me regularly for updates and when I took her back for a check up Becky was so thorough and reassuring that she really put me at ease. I can't thank you all enough for your quick actions and diagnosis which has saved her life. She is making a fantastic recovery.
