From the onset, reception, vets, and nursing staff were informative, professional, very gentle and sympathetic with my dog Leo, and considerate and understanding with me. There is an air of friendliness from the minute you step into the surgery.

Our mini Schnauzer Lucy is almost 6 months old. We joined the care plan and have been every month for flea treatment, worming (where required), weight check, etc. We love to take Lucy they are all so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable for any concerns I have raised.

We're here for the weekend and one of my dogs had an accident on the beach , I had no money on me , the receptionists and nurse were so helpful the vet on call was great so helpful , they treated my dog with professionalism and expert care I couldn't fault them , they let me go n Back to the caravan with the bill unpaid and call and pay via the phone , the stress of being away from home with a poorly dog was relieved by such compassionate care and service Thank you

5 Stars - 26-09-2015 - Ragdolls Mummy

I took my baby Ragdoll on Thursday as he had been bringing up his food regularly last week soon after eating. He seemed OK one minute running around with his litter mate like a lunatic then the next minute stooped as he had a tummy ache the next. I tried all the usual routines like boiled plain rice with chicken but the vomiting continued. Winston is only 17 weeks and as he has his brother Oscar had a habit of hoovering up his food very quickly in case Oscar pinched it. I rang Vets for Pets in Cleveleys on Wednesday evening and the receptionist had a word with the vet about what we had discussed. Martin said he wanted to see him the following day and off we went. After us telling him what was going on he said he suspected that it could be a blockage in his intestine and wanted to do an X-ray to check. We left him there and it was as he thought so he immediately had an operation to correct this dangerous issue. They continually rang me with updates on how he was and as any pet mummy knows this is an awfully upsetting and very worrying time. The staff were the most kind caring and professional team I could wish for and together with Martin and his team have given my darling boy a chance. Martin was spot on with his quick diagnosis and therefore my adorable boy is hopefully on his way to being the little monster he was. Myself and my husband and Winston thank you all from the bottom of our hearts xx I recommend this superb team to any loving caring pet owner they are the best I've had

Ignore the ridiculous feedback left by someone called Dawn as this practice is excellent. As for her marking the cleanliness as a 1 grading that's nonsense add the place is completely spotless - before registering your pet you have the chance to have a tour of the surgery and where animals recover. The staff are friendly and down to earth but most importantly the vets know their stuff - unlike another practice very nearby where a vet couldn't even take my dog's temperature and failed to properly insert the microchip! Have no regrets about joining this branch because I know my dog is in safe, kind, knowledgeable hands.

5 Stars - 01-02-2015 - My Jackhuahua Holly

My partner and myself have registered our puppy Holly (Jackhuahua)with the Cleveleys Branch and we can not be more happier as we feel they have helped us a great deal with our 1st pooch. When we got Holly the vet checked her completely over and helped us in questions we wanted answering. The reception staff could not be more friendly and the vet practice was very cleanliness. She has been invited to Puppy Parties and she has another coming up soon. Thank you all from a Loving Puppy Lover.

I recently visited with my bunny Benji as the Vet Nurse needed to check him over for a new animal patient check and the Nurse stated she was having a phased return but she was very knowledgable and showed me how to handle Benji as this is my first pet rabbit i have ever had. The Cleveleys Branch was very cleanliness and the reception staff was professional and polite. I have to say this is a very good vet practice unlike my previous vet surgery i was with....
