I have just come off the phone to one of the most professional, polite and friendly people that I have spoken to in a long while! This lady is a credit to her team :) I call practices on a daily basis as part of my job and have never even thought of giving a review- shows how special you are! Sorry that I never got your name!

Excellent service, superior in every aspect compared to other vets, the social distancing aspect very thorough and professional. From start to finish my dog and myself got top treatment, a sad, uncomfortable pooch is now back to his happy, troublesome self!

I recently requested wormer for my dogs, I asked for milpro as this is the only one that I can get my dogs to take. When I got home and opened the packet I had been given milbemax though it has the same ingredients this is a large chew rather than a small tablet, I tried all ways but my dog refused to take the wormer which had cost over £15 for two dogs. I telephoned the vets and it was agreed that I had not been prescribed what I asked for and I was told that milpro would be left for me to collect, when I called the receptionist tried to charge me another £15 I was obviously annoyed by this and also explained that this was the second time this has happened but she didn't appear to care. I left the vets explaining that I would not be using them again I can't afford to keep paying for things that I cannot use.

I recently needed to attend at VERY short notice. The lady on reception was so friendly and helpful and after checking with the vet managed to accommodate us. Helen, as always, was professional, polite and explained everything to me. After a thorough examination of my dog and with medication prescribed, I am back calm, safe in the knowledge my dog has received outstanding care. I always feel well informed and know I can go away feeling confident in the treatment and should I have any issues or need further advice I can go back. Thanks Vets 4 Pets Colne!

I can't thank them enough. Vets4Pets not only provided my seriously unwell dog with first class treatment and care but also looked after me as well. Everyone was fantastic but I have to give a special "Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Award" to Kate for her support when things weren't going well. But thank you everyone. You're all my heroes.

My beloved Scottie had cranial cruciate ligament and had to have Tibial Plateau Levelling Osteotomy. Everyone involved, the surgeon, the site owner, manager and all the nursing and reception staff were wonderful. This was a lengthy operation and recovery but throughout my boy received so much love and care. At every stage I was consulted and procedures explained clearly. I cannot speak highly enough of Colne Vets 4 Pets.
