Our five year old guinea pigs had their first visit to the vet this week. We enjoyed talking to the friendly, caring and helpful receptionists Clare and Maxine. And we felt in very good hands when we saw Helen, who gave us sound advice without pressure. They 'pigs stayed in overnight and Helen operated on the ill one, Alfred, the next day, removing infected cells and a tumour. She even rang me during the op to update me and to discuss how to proceed. Alfred is now home and happy, having twice daily medication for a week, fully explained by Helen and administered by my son. I was initially hesitant about going to the vets but I'm very glad that we did. I feel very grateful and most impressed. I'd highly recommend Helen's practice.

Absolutely overwhelmed at how all the staff at vets4pets Colne treated me at an extremely difficult time when my 10 year old staffy Bella had to be put to sleep. They took the time to talk to me when I was upset and we're genuinely concerned for the feelings of my me and my children. I really cannot thank them enough at this very difficult time but thanks to them the experience was made that bit more easier for me and my family. I cannot say thank you enough.

We have used Vets4Pets for the last twelve years. Our dog has many complicated conditions and the level of care is amazing. Going to the vets, is like visiting family / friends. It never feels difficult or traumatic experience, even when there are times it could have. Whether visiting for an appointment or collecting meds someone is always happy to help. If you just need advice, I only have to pick up the phone and question are always answered. If Vets4Pets can't help they always point you in the right direction. We have grown very close to the staff but each visit is always totally professional. Our dogs medical needs are always meet even when it's not the most convenient of times.

Vets4Petz in Colne was the most friendly and welcoming atmosphere I've been to many vets over the years and this one is above the rest! When I rescued my cat Teddy Edwards I initally took him to the vets with no carry case or anything. He sat on the reception desks with the ladies and was pampered and cuddled throughout the whole visit. Initally he was a very happy cat and we had him for about a year and nine months. Unfortunately Teddy had respiratory problems but Helen did everything she could to help him and to help us. She always rang us and gave us advice if we needed it and I would always get a same day appointment with her. In the end we had to get Teddy put to sleep. This was heartbreaking for my family to do but we had to think about what was best for Eddy. They looked after me and him throughout it all, I couldn't of wished for anything else, they are such a compassionate group of people and I'm thankful that even though we only had a short time with Eddy I know that we made the right choice as we had the support from our vet and the ladies that worked there I'd also like to thank Kate who has also been there a lot throughout our time with Eddy, she is such a kind and caring lady! We are sad that Eddy has left us but at least we know he's in the right hands now and being looked after, Thank you all for being so supportive and caring. When we are ready in the distant future to look at getting another furry friend we'll be coming to you, thank you again.
