Unfortunately I had to have my angel Sabrina taken to a better place recently. Throughout her treatment, and afterwards, the staff were amazing and offered such a high standard of care. After her passing I received a lovely card with a poem and forget me not seeds to plant. I am so touched by this gesture and would recommend this vets and its staff to anyone. A truly amazing place to look after your loved pet.

Our big strong Buddy, a rescue cat, has a history of Vet visits involving sedation as a necessity but the Ladies made a fuss of him, allowed him to relax and all went well after examination and injection when he reverted to type, when getting claws clipped, and went ballistic. The girls calmly dealt with his tantrum and he was taken home none the worse for wear. Not painful for Buddy or Daddy's wallet. Great team.

This review is a bit unusual as it involves the practice owner. Unfortunately time caught up with Susan’s beloved collie, Inda, after about 14 years. In the end it was sudden despite us all watching it coming for some time. The appointment was arranged at short notice through Rhiannon on reception. When we arrived she whisked us through the waiting area with an absolute minimum of fuss. Jenny joined us shortly afterwards and completed her job with compassion and professionalism. Inda slipped away quickly, quietly and comfortably. We were then allowed time to pull ourselves together, despite it being at the end of what was a long day for the staff, before facing the world. It was my first experience of this and I want to thank Rhiannon and Jenny, along with the rest of the team in the background, for making a difficult and painful time as easy as they could. I am assured that this service is normal for all clients and not just Susan.

Our cat Phoebe took not well which led to a traumatic night which we made the decision that we should maybe 'let her go' ... my partner took her to the vet here and one day later, our Phoebe has had an operation and is curled up recovering in her bed. I did not think for a minute I would be spending tonight with my cat. I will be forever thankful for the care you have shown to my cat and most of all my partner. You made it easier for him to deal with this. Thank you.

I found a bird in my garden with what looked like its neck was broken. I put it in a safe place but after almost 48 hours the bird was still alive. Could not bear to watch anymore I phoned my local vet which is just across the road asking if I could pay for the animal to be put to sleep. When I arrived they took the bird and said that there was no charge for wildlife. The vet was so gentle with the animal and came across with sincere compassion for a wild bird. I offered to pay the £25.00 and she refused to take the money. It is nice to see people in a job that they have so much compassion for any animal. Thank you again.

I sadly had to have my dog put to sleep last week . The manner in which this awful time was handled was exceptionally kind x From vet to reception staff . Even dealing with an irrational idiot of an owner x ( moi )with respect and kindness . Thank u for making this awful time a whole lot better .and please accept my apologies for being an idiot ..

What can I say...the girls in this practice are all doing their job because they actually care about animals. I felt welcome from the moment I entered until I left. Every single staff member made me feel at ease and I would whole heartedly recommend them.

My autistic sons guinea pig developed a large lump. Took him to Vets4Pets and they immediately reassured us that it did not look to be malignant and could indeed be fixed. He was operated on the very next day and has been returned to us in perfect health minus the lump and with claws trimmed. Practice is very bright and clean. Service could not have been any better and was very reasonably priced for the treatment and medications received. To take him back for a check up but all looking very good so far. My son is delighted his little best friend is now all better.

Having had animals for most of my life I have been to quite a few vets, but this vets are quite honestly the best I have came across. Their staff are an absolute credit to them. They are all truly amazing, helpful and supportive. They have been so kind to all of my animals. Would recommend them 100%, I believe my pups and dogs would too.

Fantastic service from the moment I phoned up to make an appointment for my families new pet rabbit. Very helpful and friendly reception staff who were able to make me an appointment for the same day. Fantastic service from the vet for my rabbit who was needing a full m.o.t as he had only recently joined us from a pet shop. He was thoroughly checked over and was kept in for full vaccinations, nail clipping and neutering operation. On collection of my pet the veterinary nurse that I saw was very friendly and informative of all the medication and care etc needed for my rabbit once he was back home. I found that vets4pets were great value as all treatments came to a total of £80. Fantastic services all round. Keep up the good work and thanks for all your help
