My first initial visit with my kitten was great! Vet was very friendly and respectful of my kitten and listened to what I was saying. She offered great support and advice. Receptionists were amazing, non judgemental about the age of my kitten and helpful in getting me registered / seen quickly. Even offered money saving advice in relation to vaccinations and future treatments for my kitten. Thank you very much!

I cannot thank Mark and the team enough - Oscar has had the best care possible and despite his bonkers nature they all great him with a smile when he has got himself into trouble on his adventures. From putting our minds at rest when he swallowed paracetamol through to reassuring us that his tail is fine! They have been there and have been absolutely amazing! I can not recommend the team enough!!! Nor can I thank them enough for everything they do for him!

My indoor cat Darwin went missing a week ago after jumping out of my 1st floor flat window. Darwin is a male and I never thought he would ever be able to escape from such a hight. Anyway, he is very timid having been an indoor cat and having spent the week looking for him, looking through neighbours gardens and placing an alert on Facebook, today I managed to locate him in a local garden which was over grown with brambles. After enticing him with food (it has been a week after all and he was starving), I managed to grab him. Once in doors I could see he wouldn’t put one of his rear legs down so my worst thoughts were he had broken it and been hit by a car. Knowing that I had no insurance (stupid I know but he is an indoor cat) I contacted vets for Pets where I have a care plan set up for Darwin. Obviously concerned about Darwin being injured and in pain I contacted them and they booked an appointment that day. Again having no insurance I was concerned, however upon Darwin breing seen I was reassured that there appeared to be no breaks and that he in fact had been bitten probably by another cat and had an abscess on his paw. I am obviously relieved but also so grateful for the lady that treated him and the receptionist who were both so understanding (I wish I took their names). Being so concerned that I had no insurance but more concerned that Darwin received treatment I couldn’t have asked for a more understanding experience from them both. They both deserve praise. Thankful Darwin seems to be healing well and trust me Monday he will have pet insurance set up, but even so, I felt the need to say thank u to the brilliant staff that helped with my Darwin

Everyone in the team from the receptionist on the phone to the nurse who looked after my pet was very kind and helpful to both me and my pet. They obviously realise that owners can be very anxious! I called for an appointment and they saw me the very same day, and were very thorough with my pet to ensure that they had explored every possible problem he may be having. He is now back to his usual self after a couple of days of recuperation. Thank you so much to the whole team.

We have been seeing the wonderful Debbie with our dog Murphy,who has had many issues,one of them visiting the vets after taking a dislike to a stethescope !!! After many sessions we have achieved so much,all down to Debbie ,her patience,advice and professionalism is first class.For those that know Murphy will know just what we have achieved with the help of all the staff at the practice,who know him well as he likes to be vocal !!! Highly recommend this surgery.

Would you please update your system to print the invoice more clearly? After I paid for health check for 7 puppies, I requested an invoice, but in which it says 'administration' fees. What does that even mean?

I first came to you with a scruffy stray who appeared on my doorstep, I rang you you answered within a couple of rings and told me to bring her straight in, I waited no longer than 10 mins, I was told they would keep her in and give her all she needed and try and contact the owner, unfortunately or fortunately for us they couldn't be found we picked up our gorgeous old Trampy or Georgie you called her (about 100) the vet said after a couple of weeks and took her home where she was loved for two months it felt like she had always been with us . Until the time came when she just wasn't her and I rang and you booked me straight in but said if things got worse phone back.... Nothing was too much trouble, I had to ring again I came straight in and went near enough straight away to see the vet x so quick so painless so professional x So a huge thank you to all of you. You all do such an amazing job and are so caring and professional. Thank you the Graham family xx
