Firstly you should remove the one star reviews without comments! pointless reviews in my opinion. I have used Edenthorpe Vets4pets since I got my dog from new, I have only experienced friendly and courteous staff. The vets are friendly and informative. I personally cannot fault Vets4Pets.

I used byways many years ago & had a somewhat 20 years gap where I went to wheatley vets4pets with my Dobbi, who sadly passed last year, aged 10, then when I enquired about registering a new pet with them, the receptionist I spoke with on the phone didn't seem to want to help with my Genuine enquiry, she fobbed me off with porkies that their 'best start in life plan' for an 8month old kitten - was too old for that plan & that the cut off age was 6 months old, I queried that quoting what their website states, she was adamant that it stopped at 6 months for puppies & kittens !! she did quickly move on to sell up their 'Complete care package !' Which was not right for me, so I said I'm still looking round, ......I then phoned Edenthorpe vets4pets & got completely different information "exactly what was on all their websites - I registered my KITTEN there & then, the receptionist couldn't be more helpful & friendly, my kittens, had his vaccinations now + neutered & micro-chipped, and the service I have received from Edenthorpe vets4pets has been everything I expected from a vets practice ....oh and I didn't have any problems with parking ...... Unlike at wheatley vets 4pets, I know they are both under the same brand name 'vet4pets' & I would never have thought that when I visited Wheatley all those years, that there would be anywhere else trump the service I got with them but i noticed standards in service slipping towards the end of 2016. I am a customer who spends my money where I am treated with respect & honesty. Edenthope Vets4pets for me from now on they are all lovely.

I have used this surgery for twenty years. When it was Byways Vets I never had a problem. Now you never se the same vet twice. No male vets are available and my dog responds better to men. I have now found an alternative surgery to treat Duke and I will never use this surgery again

I have been going for a few years now. I have dogs and cats and very rarely a month goes by when I don't have to pick up the phone and ask for an appointment. They always do their very best to accommodate me and my pets needs. When I arrive there is always a warm welcome putting me instantly at ease. The vets are fantastic, taking time to listen to my concerns before beginning examine my pets. They genuinely care about each and everyone of my animals. I come and go knowing we are all in good hands.
