The Ladies were wonderful when I took my dog to see them later one night. Unfortunately she had an inoperable tumour and had to be put to sleep. Though they finished work at 7pm, there was no rush and allowed me all the time I needed to say goodbye. They were very thoughtful and compassionate for my pet, but also for us as owners and what we were going through. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent care. I will definitely register any other pets with them.

Lovely ladies, always very good, we wouldn't go anywhere else with our handsome boy Blue.

Vets4Pets Golden Hill have been my vets since they opened a couple of years ago. Claire on reception is always very helpful and welcoming. Liz, always comes and says hello to the dogs and Charlie looks after our 2 boys admirably. I would not hesitate in recommending this practice to anyone that is looking for a professional caring vet for their pets.

I just want to say a big thank you for helping ruby our beagle. She had a serious uterus infection. We took her to her normal vets who sent her home critically poorly in need of emergency treatment. we were so lucky that you were there for ruby and operated immediately. Ruby's family is really happy that she is recovering from her operation. Thank you from all our hearts.

Amazing veterinary care, surpassed any other vet I have used in the past. My little dog had to be put to sleep but in a three hour period he had blood tests, was transported to Longton surgery for ultrasound on his liver and returned to Tunstall. Emma telephoned me frequently and kept me informed with honesty. His euthanasia was conducted in such a dignified manner. Although I an heartbroken right now I truly happy that James spent his last hours in their care. Thank you so much.

i recently had to take my dog (misty) to this practice to have an operation i found the staff to be very helpful they took time to reassure me that she was going to be ok and even took the time out to call my to let me know how the procedure was going and later that evening to let me know my dog was drinking and eating and doing well and as a worried pet owner this made me feel a lot less worried I'm just about to take my other dog (titch)to have a new chip and i can honestly say i feel comfortable in taking him because i know we will be well looked after.I would certainly recommend giving this vets a try
