I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff at County Road Practice. My French Bulldog had a c-section/spay after delivering seven healthy pups. From entering (before registered opening hours) the lovely receptionist greeted us, made us feel at ease and re-assured us that she would be safe. The staff kept me informed and called me as soon as I could pick mum and puppies up, they sexed them and checked for cleft pallets, gave appropriate pills to take home and relevant information on mums care. The Veterinary Staff, Nursing Staff and Reception staff were really helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and polite, nothing was too much trouble and answered all my questions. This is by far one of the best practices in this area, I would have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone thinking of registering. Thank you again, the care and after care has been first class. Kind regards Sharron & Bella xx

When our staffy pup george was poisioned at 4mths old and desperately ill we cannot fault the brilliant care he recieved then and now,the vet and staff literally saved his life. He loves to go for his check ups and getting weighed, he literally knows where hes going!! Attended today as he had had blood in his poo i spoke to the nurse she re assured me and we popped by for a wormer but we know if george is ever un well he will be seen asap and treated with loving care and respect and we will be reassured and looked after too. I cannot fault or praise them all enough its a fabulous surgery with brilliant caring staff who love all the animals they look after. Fully endorse the practice.

My 5 year old Springer Spaniel has trouble with his ears, he's prone to infections but is reluctant to let other people near them, working with positive reinforcement and the helpful and caring vets who understand his needs and work with him, he's letting the vets near his ears to look at them and is becoming a lot better regarding this. The vets we have seen are Annie, Nicky and Philippa and they are all wonderful with him, reassuring him and us about any problems and explaining options on treatments. I would trust any of them to care and look after him. He's had an operation last year and they again was fantastic and helped and advised us with his recovery. Would highly recommend them for the excellent, friendly and caring service they provide for pets and owners! All the teams wonderful and my spaniel loves the treats and fuss he gets. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have a 7 month year old pug which needed to have the throat and nose operation. I first had an opinion at a different vets in hull and I was not happy with the service. I decided to take him to vets for pets when it first opened and from day one the vet was absolutely brilliant, he was so helpful and explained the full procedure. The operation was carried out yesterday, when I arrived at the vets to drop my pug off and again the vet was there to go through everything and assure me of the procedure. Once my dog was out of theatre the vets called to explain how everything went and advised me I could collect him that evening. On arrival the vet once again took me into a consultation room and explained how everything went. Last night he was very lathergic however you could still tell of the improvement even with the swelling, he has woken up this morning and he is back to him normal self bouncing around. Now the operation is complete the vet has still arranged for check ups to see how he is progressing. I cannot fault this vets in anyway what so ever! Thank you again

I would just like to thank the Staff and Vet who cared for our 6 week old puppy Harley who broke his leg in a very unfortunate accident playing with his mum. On initial attendance the staff were very friendly and supportive to me and my daughter who was very upset. When we saw the vet She was very professional and explained everything in depth taking into account the puppys welfare and also cover the cost and implications. All I can say is a massive Thank you to all for your help and making Harley better. He is now thriving in his new home with his new family and I am sure you will see him and how he develops. I would recommend the Vets to family and friends because of the care and devotion to the owner and the animal..

The staff at Vets for Pets are great, it really feels like you are going to see friends whenever we take our dog. We often ask questions and get really good, comprehensive answers. The advice we have received is always good, practical and with a common sense approach. They offer as much compassion and respect to the owners as they do the animals which is great, particularly when your furbaby is not well. Our dog Henry loves to go to the vets and that is because they have shown him love and affection...perhaps a bit too much because now I can't pass the building without him getting excited and trying to drag me in there! Thank you for being great.

fantastic, all that needs to be said really. Never a reason to grumble over service or quality of care.

I can to Vet4Pat (Hull) when Peel was sold to Kingston Vets. My dog has a ongoing injury which worsened. Rang Kingston and they refused to see her as they were busy, even when I said I would pay emergency rates the still refused treatment. Vet4Pets were amazing, saw her the next day even tho she was a new customer and xrayed, etc and refered by the lunchtime the next day. Cannot thank them enough for what they did then and what they do now!
