Charlotte is one of the best vets I have ever met. She quickly diagnosed and treated a condition in my cat which has gone undiagnosed for 3 years, despite many visits to other vets. I am over the moon !

All the staff are very helpful and professional. My puppy Bella loves her visits and goes crazy when she sees her favourite nurse Tracy Mullins who has a very friendly, kind and caring manner she gives the best tips and advice and laughs off a little excited puddle! all in a days work! Thanks to all the staff.

Hello, I have been with our young labradoodle, Molly on numerous occasions recently. Everyone I have had contact with, the receptionists, nurses and vets have been absolutely fantastic. We are new to the area and I am so happy to have found you. Thankyou for all your help and apologies in advance for any further phone calls regarding our soppy but rather lovely doggie

I've had a lot of pets over the years, mostly reptiles and ferrets, but at the beginning of this year we got a kitten and Vets4Pets is conveniently located for us. They also do a great payment scheme with kittens where you pay £10 a month for a year. I hate to say it, but I thought that because Vets4Pets is such a big chain, the quality of service wouldn't compare to the exotics vets that I had been going to. I was so wrong. When we started taking our kitten to your Loughborough vets, they were all really friendly and the vets that dealt with us never rushed us. They always listen and are genuinely interested in how our kitten Sid is getting on and the crazy things he gets up to. Today I had a horrible experience with one of my old ferrets who was having a seizure and I knew she had to be put down. Having had such a nice and friendly experience with your staff in Loughborough with Sid, I didn't want to go back to the other vet. So this morning I called Vets4Pets in Loughborough at 8am and asked if I could please bring my ferret in as an emergency to be put down because she was clearly in pain. They were amazing, with me and with her. She was very quickly at peace again and the staff were very sympathetic. To be able to do what they do day in day out and still be as caring as they are is amazing and I am so grateful that I just had to let you know.

This surgery is a truly amazing establishment.... it's not it's name that makes it what it is but the people who run it..... at this point I feel the need to name a lady who has now sadly left Jane Sharp she was an amazing lady who I feel will be sadly missed.... Then there is Sam..... I need to explain why I feel this man as a vet deserves to recognised for his ability to connect not only as a vet to my dog but a man that understands the difficulties I have to overcome. pinky is a diabetics dog but also has other issues.... She was born in Hong Kong , then lived in Singapore where she took ill but no explanation was given ... we then bought her bak to U.K. Where she took I'll again but no explation.... she eventually was diagnosed abo20 mths ago with diabeties.... this was to test her rigidly, she has had so many problems that has not only been difficult for her body to cope with but also mine.... I have not been in best of health for 2yrs+ & it has rested me to the end of my teather... but I can truly say tha Sam has got me through .... all I can say is he has to stay until anything happens to her. Without him I can honestly say I would have thrown the towel in a long time ago.... I truly trust everything he does & says with both of my dogs 100%... D

I definitely recommend Sam as their vetenary. He has always shown the most compassion and understanding with my pets. Compared to other vets I have had he has been the most humane and has always offered the best things for my pets, introducing me to different options and choices, depending my financial stability. Sam's kindness goes as far as looking at your pet's problems outside his job. As for the rest of the vets clinic I am very happy to say that the people working there have always been in their best spirit and always helpful. It's a great place to make sure your pet gets the best care.

We visited today and as usual the Italian lady vet was so lovely. She paid a lot of attention to our problem and was very very kind. She is the nicest vet ever!
