We took our dog for a consultation and her flea and worm medication. Upon arriving 10 minutes prior to our appointment, we were kept waiting for a further 20 minutes past our appointment time. This was due to the vet being 'held up' despite there not not being another pet in sight and the store being empty. During the consultation, our consultant was very miserable. Not helpful at all, she checked our dogs temperature and heart rate and there was silence. She only told us our dog was okay when prompted by my partner... This was during us being told about how much our treatments were costing and the price of our consultation. This seemed the priority. All in all we were very unhappy with the service. When you're paying £35+ for a consultation, we expect better. We are seriously considering a new vets which actually cares about our dog and knows how to reassure dog owners who are worried.
