we took our cat coco last week to check the abscess she had , and had a follow up yesterday. both times we were seen by Bethany who was very friendly and professional , it is very obvious that she cares about the pets she looks after , Thank You and Merry Christmas.

During the four years I have been with this practice , the standard of care shown to my dogs has never wavered. Yesterday I brought Monty for surgery and was impressed yet again by the friendliness and efficiency of reception and nursing staff , and the support available both pre and post op. It is evident that the staff in this practice work together as a team to provide a holistic and professional service and should be rightly proud of what they achieve. I can't thank you enough , you're amazing !

I would just like to thank the staff who saw my mam with my daughter's very sick guinea pig, Spike last Saturday. We were in Canada at the time and not registered here but my mam was kindly seen to and unfortunately our piggie was put to sleep. Today a 'sympathy' card has come through the post. What a lovely touch and this will no doubt be of comfort to my daughter. Thank you so much

Appointment for forms to be filled in but vet seemed unable to complete then told I would have to come back but the appointment was specifically to have the forms filled in which I had explained when I made the appointment. Vet didn't seem to have the rappor with dogs to deal with them very disappointed in the approach to the dog.

Visited the Sunderland branch today arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. There was someone being seen to at reception so i sat down while waiting. When the receptionist was done with the lady she smiled at me and carried on. Therefore acknowledged me. Being the only person in the waiting room. Was still sitting there 40 minutes later to be told because I was late for my appointment I would.need to wait until there was a free space to be seen. To which I said I was early for my appointment the receptionist then said ( with a snotty attitude) well the vet came out and called for you and you didn't go. No the vet didn't call for me he popped his head out the door and turned around with not one word coming from his mouth! During this whole conversation the receptionist had a terrible attitude on her now the waiting room being busier left being slightly embarrassed. Would definitely not recommend this surgery to anyone solely for the attitude of the receptionist.

Thank you to everyone who saw to teddy on Thursday of last week and today you made her visit very calming and she wasn't frightened even the kennel cough up her nose there was no fuss and administered as all treatments were with calm professionalism.

We had to put our dog bullseye to sleep as he had a tumour but the staff made it possible to get through it . They had a room waiting for us when we arrived and were amazing the whole time we we in the practice . Cannot say how caring And supportive the staff were . They are all a credit to their profession and from the bottom of my heart thank them for the care they took with my dog .
