Susannah was very professional and had my dogs health in interest 100 pct. she explained everything fully in regards to treatment and I was kept informed of the pricing during my visit with no nasty surprises. She was very professional and experienced. Highly recommended. Thank you

From first contact I was very pleased with the service that my little dog and I received. Spoke to a couple of receptionists who were both friendly and helpful, Sylvester (the vet) has a lot of empathy and I felt my dog was in safe hands, the procedure was explained clearly and I felt confident that my dog would be treated with respect. We have two Yorkies and will moving them both to Vets for pets for all future treatments. Thanks guys. Simon & Josh.

i have nothing but the greatest praise and respect for Sylvester and his outstanding team of nurses and staff. In treating my beautiful siamese Harry, Sylvester has shown nothing but kindness, empathy and real expertise in dealing with a highly complex set of problems. Unfortunately my poor Harry was not able to pull through, despite the wonderful care he received day and night. I can honestly say that I was, and remain, confident and certain that Harry had the best possible care I could have hoped for, from a wonderful, kind vet and his team. I am so grateful that Harry was with Sylvester at the end, as I know he was in such good hands. In memory of an irreplaceable, irrepressible and unique cat, with my enduring thanks to the whole team who tried so hard for him x

Brought our dalmatian in a while ago who had a nasty injury to her ear and she had lost quite a bit of blood. We were very worried about it however the vet was very helpful and treated her immediately and operated on her right away. Our concerns were allayed by the cleanliness and professionalism of this vets and we knew she was in safe hands. The vet was also very good at keeping her calm and making it far less traumatic for her. After a simple operation and after care, our dog made a full recovery thanks to sylwester and team. Would recommend to anyone.

Our chinchilla was in your care for a week, and bounced back so well after the knowledge you gave us and the attention you gave her. Good advise was given to keep her fit and healthy, as she is getting on in age at nearly 11 years old, but she could easily live a good 4-6years with the right diet and exercise. We have had her for 8 years after she had been mistreated by her previous owners, and she is a great part of our family, so to get her home fit and healthy is great - thank you all so much !!

I took my cat to this branch on bank holiday as my usual vet was closed. I was impressed with service from registering, through consultation up to payment. My cat was given a treatment and was back to her normal self. I was very happy Being charged their usual price for consultation even on bank holiday! I actually transfer to this branch from my previous vets and I recommend Sylwester and his team to everyone !

Told dog had growth and would need to be removed given quote £470.00 all it turned out to be was a sore which has since gone charged £70.00 for this diagnosis will not be returning very disappointed with service

Vet Response

Firstly, I am pleased that your dog is better and has responded well to the initial symptomatic treatment. The vet had discussed with you a trial course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory treatment initially, which we tried, and if there was no improvement, then further investigation would be advised - i.e. surgical removal of the lump. In cases like this we start with symptomatic treatment and inform owners that surgery may be required, should there be no improvement. No diagnostic tests were carried out at the time of your visit. Correct treatment administered at the time of your visit resolved the skin lump, which I would consider a positive outcome.
