We especially appreciate Vet Libby Saville who is always excelllent. Practice owner (& Vet) Rob Johnson is also very hghly recommended. The reception staff are always cheerful and helpful.

Rolo, my dad's Jack Russell, loves going to see his 'doggy doctors and doggy doctor ladies and nurses'. As soon as I tell him we're going, he gets so excited! He then seems to think he owns the place when he gets there. All the staff are so caring, compassionate, friendly and professional. They do everything possible to help with any question I have, and they have even helped find the owners of a lost dog whom I brought to them. Rolo wouldn't go anywhere else, and neither would I.

It really says it all that we have used this practice since the late 70s. In that time they have cared for 8 cats - and us (as doting cat lovers, we too benefit from the 'priceless TLC). Whichever vet we see, we know can implicitly trust her/his advice and judgment because it is based on no other factor than the best for the cats. When we have been so pleased all round, it seems a little unfair to pick out one - but, for nearly 7 years now, Libby has been caring for our 2 21 year old boys and 9 year old girl (who loves to sit on Libby's lap while being examined). We know our lovely boys are failing, and we appreciate Libby's kindness, honesty, knowledge and patience(!). It's not just the vets, though. The reception team is unfailingly welcoming, friendly, kind and sensitive. Add to this a super-clean, pet-friendly premises and, all in all, it's a 5*+ experience. PS Our beloved boys' previous humans (who had to emigrate) have asked us to pass on their thanks to this "very special" practice because they too appreciate the excellent care the cats receive.

Excellence. Their customer care, understanding, politeness, friendliness, patients and knowledge is something I have not seen for some years now. All the staff are helpful, approachable and informative. The practice keep you updated on how your pet is doing and this puts your mind at rest and reassures you that your pet is in safe hands. They really do care. Our kittens were happy and playful on drop off and pick up. Such a relief. Thank you all and may I take this opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year!

We've been bringing our pets & using this practice for all our animal needs for three human generations, they're brilliant at their job & the best with all animals, so warm & caring, you really are guaranteed the very best of care for you & your animal. Wouldn't consider anywhere else.

My tortoiseshell cat Roxy was always terrified of our previous vet and his answer to that was to be even rougher with her because she tried his patience. When I moved house I was dreading taking her to a new vet. At Willow they allowed her to have a little wander about, were calm and patient with her and as a result she is much calmer about visits and behaves herself instead of having hysterics. I could have cried with relief after our first visit and it doesn't matter who she sees, they are all great with her. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

We have kept pet rats for four years and for the last three and a half years we've been with Willow Vets. We came to Willow after finding that while other vets provide excellent care for larger pets, they had less experience of the specialist care that less popular pets like rats need. From the start the difference was apparent. Their knowledge and experience with small mammals and in particular the ailments associated with rodents and the treatments available is exceptionally high. As a result our pets have received treatment and care that's second to none. All the staff demonstrate a great degree of courtesy and professionalism and it's obvious that the welfare of their patients is their number one priority and the high quality care provided is a result of the empathy and compassion they all have for the pets receiving treatment. I believe that our little ones have the best veterinary care possible at Willow Vets and I wouldn't take them anywhere else for check ups or treatment. If you have pet rats and can travel to Milton Keynes or Olney then I recommend taking your little companions to Willow.

After using another veterinary practice in Milton Keynes and vowing never to go there again, a friend recommended that I use Willow. I am so glad I did. What a wonderful practice, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the vets are knowledgeable, kind and compassionate and treat every pet and owner with total respect. I unfortunately had to have my daughters pet mouse put to sleep a few months ago. The vet was so lovely, gentle and you could tell he really cared which is unusual when you have a small pet. We even received a condolence card and a packet of forget me not seeds which my daughter was overjoyed with. Thank you Willow

this was my first visit, I found them to be friendly and I was very happy with the service. the cost was competitive even though vet costs seem to be the main aspect in my experience, they seem to focus on the animal. they get best vet in Milton Keynes from me. I travelled further then I could have, but the journey was worth it.

We needed to have one of our cats put to sleep. The staff were really helpful and compassionate . They were very helpful in a stressful situation. Big thank you especially to RIchard (vet) for all his expertise and advice.
