I have recently transferred one of my dogs to the care of the Alsager Vet Centre and have been exceptionally pleased with their service. All aspects of the service have been offered in a caring and professional manner an for those reasons I would have no hesitation in recommending this Veterinary Practice.

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

Whenever I go in with my 17year old cat we are always treated with kindness & respect! Nothing is too much trouble & we are always given time & never rushed.

I can't rate the practice highly enough after my 10 month old British Shorthair ate a peice of ribbon and ended up having surgery to remove it. All of the staff I encountered were great but a special thanks goes to Gillian who was absolutely brilliant. I've only recently moved to this vets but my experience with them so far has given me 100% confidence in the care they provide. Thank you.

We have 2 dogs and 3 cats and have been with Alsager Vets since they started. I moved from my previous vet because I wasn't completely happy with the service they provided. I am very glad I made the move to Alsager Vets and have been very pleased with how they have treated my animals. I have recommended them to other people and they are equally pleased with the practice.

Gillian and all her staff were extremely helpful, caring and professional when we had the annual injections done for our very nervous jack Russell. He almost seemed to enjoy the experience. Thanks you so much for understanding and finding a way to get what needed to be done in the least stressful way for our dog.

, I can say with out a doubt that Donnie has received the highest quality of care in my eyes! What I thought was a small cut under her hind leg turned out to be a tumour. It has been two weeks since Donnies op and she is doing amazingly and is still having post op check ups. The staff have been so good and I feel my Donnie is in the best hands. Thank you to Gillian Wite who is amazing at her job. Thank you all again

We first visited the practice on the 29th Dec 2016 to take "Charlie" our new Cockapoo Puppy. Obviously when you arrive at a vets for the first time you have initial concerns as to the quality of care your pet is going to experience. Frankly we need not have worried. We were looked after by Victoria and Gillian. Charlie was very happy as they made a big fuss of him. Their friendly and approachable manner is excellent and they are on hand to offer advice and support. We would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to any one looking for an excellent vet to look after their pet. **Update** we have recently added two new additions to our family (Billy and Bobby - both Cockapoos) and they are also being looked after by Alsager Vets. We took them today (25/02/17) for their first visit and although they were both nervous they were well looked after (and made a fuss of). I suppose when you visit a vet you hope to find people who are going to care for your beloved pet as much as you do. They certainly do here - highly recommended.

I took Kitkat to the practice yesterday (21/02/17) for a checkup as she was scratching and shaking her head. After a thorough examination....the diagnosis was a sore mouth. I dropped her off this morning and she had her teeth cleaned and an injection for any possible infection. Fortunately, she did not have to have any extractions. It's not easy to pick up on a pet if they have dental issues so I was thankful that the outcome for Kitkat was good. I collected her late this afternoon and she was not stressed and seems to have taken it in her stride! I believe that it was obvious she received 100% care and lots of love. Thank you all. Kitkat and her grateful owner Wasy
