Brilliants vets - every member of staff is extremely professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I never feel rushed and I am always taken seriously. I'm so pleased I have a great vets I can trust. Thanks to the fantastic team.

, I can say with out a doubt that Donnie has received the highest quality of care in my eyes! What I thought was a small cut under her hind leg turned out to be a tumour. It has been two weeks since Donnies op and she is doing amazingly and is still having post op check ups. The staff have been so good and I feel my Donnie is in the best hands. Thank you to Gillian Wite who is amazing at her job. Thank you all again

We first visited the practice on the 29th Dec 2016 to take "Charlie" our new Cockapoo Puppy. Obviously when you arrive at a vets for the first time you have initial concerns as to the quality of care your pet is going to experience. Frankly we need not have worried. We were looked after by Victoria and Gillian. Charlie was very happy as they made a big fuss of him. Their friendly and approachable manner is excellent and they are on hand to offer advice and support. We would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to any one looking for an excellent vet to look after their pet. **Update** we have recently added two new additions to our family (Billy and Bobby - both Cockapoos) and they are also being looked after by Alsager Vets. We took them today (25/02/17) for their first visit and although they were both nervous they were well looked after (and made a fuss of). I suppose when you visit a vet you hope to find people who are going to care for your beloved pet as much as you do. They certainly do here - highly recommended.

I took Kitkat to the practice yesterday (21/02/17) for a checkup as she was scratching and shaking her head. After a thorough examination....the diagnosis was a sore mouth. I dropped her off this morning and she had her teeth cleaned and an injection for any possible infection. Fortunately, she did not have to have any extractions. It's not easy to pick up on a pet if they have dental issues so I was thankful that the outcome for Kitkat was good. I collected her late this afternoon and she was not stressed and seems to have taken it in her stride! I believe that it was obvious she received 100% care and lots of love. Thank you all. Kitkat and her grateful owner Wasy

We had our labrador Lola at 8 weeks old and made the decision to register her with Alsager Vet Centre. From day 1, Lola has received outstanding, professional care from every member of staff we have come into contact with. Within the last year, Lola has had to have 2 emergency operations. The first when a toy was lodged within her colon. Gill was extremely professional and talked us through the procedure. Lola was loved and looked after and made a full recovery within weeks. The second incident happened a few of weeks ago when Lola was injured during a road traffic accident. Lola and myself suffered from shock and she had multiple wounds to her 2 front legs. As soon as I got to the surgery the staff worked quickly on Lola to stabilise and treat her. They also took care of me as I was extremely shuck up from the incident. Lola has been receiving treatment for her injuries for nearly a month now. The staff have been extremely curteous, friendly and have made us feel so welcome within the surgery. Lucy was brilliant on the day of the incident and talked us through the procedures that would need to take place. Gill has continued to work tirelessly with Lola to ensure that she is as pain free as possible and able to get back to mischief once again. We would recommend Alsager Vet Centre to anybody without a second breath. Every single member of staff has excellent knowledge of the animals and shows care and love for each one they meet. Thank you for taking care of our Lola.

This Vets has always been very professional when looking after my two little Jack Russell's. Unfortunately we had to have my little girl put to sleep, all the staff were very caring and helpful to me and my family. I would recommend this Vets 100%. Thank you very much.

Jack my westie is scared of the vets. I always see Gillian and is always pleased to see jack. He's had his fair share of problems and is a rescue dog. Gillian is patience and understanding. I would recommend this vets as they seem to really care for the pets they look after. I feel at ease when I take jack there as I know jack won't be to stressed by the visit.

I was the owner of three whippets until a week ago when one was so ill that nothing else could be done for her.Alsager Vets had treated her for over a year, against all odds she lived longer than was expected of a dog with renal failure. The excellent treatment she received was undoubtedly the reason why I kept my beautiful whippet so long.Whippetts are very nervous dogs and I would not take them anywhere else for that reason, the staff are so terrific with them I have no need to worry.I find the staff very warm and welcoming nothing is too much trouble.Gill the vet there is very approachable and will explain in depth any concerns you may have about your animals illness, she is also an excellent surgeon. The practice is spotlessly clean and has safe area to wait in with cats if dogs are present in the waiting room "great idea".I would very much recommend Alsager Vets to anyone who loves their animals and wants the best for them.
