Our 9 year old Labrador, Cassie, took ill unexpectedly and the vet saw us at short notice. She was referred on to Bruce who was thorough in his investigations to try to find out what was wrong with her. He kept us informed throughout her tests and scans, answered our questions and never hurried us despite being rushed off his feet. Sadly, Cassie passed away despite Bruce's best efforts (her diagnosis made this inevitable). From the first phone call we made, to the day we had to let our beautiful girl go, the care, attention, professionalism, compassion and dedication shown by all the staff we came into contact with was exemplary. Cassie had the best care possible and and we can't thank Bruce and his team enough for all they did for her. We also want to thank the receptionists who were so kind and caring, providing us with privacy when we were distressed. We can't recommend Willows Vets highly enough.

I had to bring my 19-year-old,, cat Leo to Willows last week as he was drooling heavily and hiding. The vet, Lorna, was very kind to Leo and mindful of his age. She even told me to phone with a progress report and if I had further concerns about Leo. I'm pleased to say that Leo is now feeling much better and still enjoying life.
