Super friendly staff. Very good at handling my occasionally nervous spaniel.

I rely heavily on the Willows in both Hartford and Middlewich as I have a cat with special needs. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and understanding. I have been a customer for 15 years and they have supported me considerably with caring for my moggie. The whole team are fantastic and I can't recommend their services enough. Thank you Willows!

Always find the clinicians and staff totally professional, friendly and very caring every time we visit the practice.

5 Stars - 17-05-2018 - Abie

Abbie being so ill & then dying was a very sad ocassion, but at all times Abbie & I were treated with respect & compassion, which was very much appreciated. What could have been a very stressful occasion became a time where my cat Abbie & I were both treated with utmost respect & compassion. I was able to spend precious time with my cat before she passed away, & this situation was dealt with at my pace (& that of Abbie's). I never felt rushed & I totally appreciated the marvellous compassionate manner that this was dealt with by Louise (the vet in charge of my cat's case). Thank you so much to all involved who helped Abbie, whilst battling ill-health but also for her to have a peaceful passing in my arms knowing how much she was (& still is!) loved.

Alan saw my bichon frise who was nearly 10 years old and discovered he had a slight heart murmur, a slightly enlarged liver, kneecaps dislocating and arthritis. He offered to do lots of tests or send him home with medication for his pain and to come back in 2 weeks. I requested the latter. My dog died 4 days later.
