So I took my poor rabbit cookie to see Simon this morning, cookie had a bad swelling on his face, Simon checked him over and looked at what the problem had been caused by and it was a bad tooth, Simon gave me a list of treatment and gave me a very good description of what the process was, but sadley we agreed that the best solution was for cookie to put to sleep as it was going to be a very long and painful process, thank you for every think Simon Kind regards Darren

Alliecat, Ginge and I are so grateful for all the Winton Lodge team have done for us. Special thanks to Simon, Retief and Michael Lomax for the many skilful operations they have carried out on both Alliecat and Ginge and for their dedicated care and monitoring of their diabetes and thyroid problems. They would never have reached the grand old ages of 19 years 8 months and 16 without the expertise, support and compassion of the Winton Lodge team. Your team of Vet nurses and receptionists are so supportive and kind, and I always felt very comfortable and confident leaving them in your care.

My cat had al ot of problems over the years and had to have a lot of care and help towards his end. I had to take him to be put down last week and received a gentle and compasionate service right to the end. Thank you very much Kate

Brilliant, caring vets. Claire took care of my cat who had a cancerous tumour and removed it. She kept me updated throughout the day and the care she gave continued long after him leaving the surgery. All the staff are brilliant and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended vets

Our lovely cat Otto was under the weather, off his food and just not his old self. We visited Winton Lodge in Leatherhead and saw Simon Neuhoff who diagnosed a possible gastric problem and adminstered some drugs to ease the discomfort and general conditions. Simon advised us to keep a close eye on Otto over the next 24 hours in case he didn't improve. Otto's condition deteriorated so we visited the Epsom Branch the next day and saw Retief Ehlers who was the vet on duty. As Otto's condition had worsened durung the last 24 hours Retief diagnosed a possible issue that was fairly series as it could be Pancretitis or a severe case of Gastritis. Retief put Otto on a drip as he was dehydrated and had lost more weight, he also gave him a number of injections to calm him down and address the underlying symptoms, pending tests. In the end Otto needed overnight and then weekend treatment which Retief arranged. He explained what he was doing and why during the whole treatment cycle, explaining the blood test results and X-rays, not something other vets had done in the past. He also explained the costs at each stage of the treatment, giving advise on what was required now and what might be required as we progressed. Above all it was the care and compassion that Retief showed that made us confident in his ability to get Otto well again. Today just 10 days later Otto has been given a clean bill of health. Thank you Retief and the whole team at Winton Lodge who were all very kind and professional. 5 stars to all involved

No matter what I take my dogs for, they are always treated superbly. I will never go anywhere else. Simon and Retief always have time to explain everything and you never feel you are being rushed. I have been to quite a few vets over the years looking for the right one. Well now I have found it and would recommend Winton Lodge to everyone. The nursing staff are amazing too. Everyone here remembers your pet personally and it makes you feel more relaxed even if you are attending with an emergency. I can't rate them enough.

It is so rare to find a vet who respects a non medical intervention for your dog unless it is absolutely necessary for the health of that dog. He is wise and caring. I'm so glad he has got his careful eye on my 9 month old shih tzu.
