I took my cat to the temporary site yesterday, unexpectedly arriving 30 minutes early for the appointment. The staff to greet me were very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised to be called in 5 minutes later. The vet herself was equally lovely, checking over Clara and giving valuable advice. I was barely there for ten minutes before going home. This was after sharing a few jokes with the staff whilst paying my bill! By far the best visit I've had to date so thank you everyone.

Dear Ashley and team at Coventry Your Vets, Thankyou for taking good care of Martha, and ourselves, two weeks ago, when we very sadly lost her. She was an old girl of 16 and a half, and her back wasn’t what it was and neither were her kidneys, so it was the kindest thing. She’s very sadly missed by her family, but for a little rescue girl who ran into a car and still survived, she was our lovely Martha the Mutt. You treated her with wonderful respect and went beyond our expectations, even kind enough to sit on the floor with her and us in her last moments. Keep up the good work, much appreciated. Sunday was a very sad day for us . We had to let our baby go to sleep for the last time. Your vets were extremely kind and patient with us and Marco. Run free baby . Lots of love your heartbroken mummy & Daddy .

After changing vets twice they are locums . We were left with a lovely vet ! But slow process of diagnosing illness , loss blood samples , and delay lead to the loss of our beloved dog , also nobody seemed to know what was going on when you telephoned ! Local vets but wouldn't use again ! My dog might still be here today if had received better treatment

A repeat visit for our Sky tonight and found the service excellent as always. The receptionists are always helpful and explain everything really well. Me and my partner were waiting for an appointment and a customer was complaining about a paying for a procedure which was needed - the girls on reception handled it brilliantly. It is just a shame that they get the brunt of the complaint. Even so, they explained the complaints procedure calmly and gave the clients respect with listening to their 'complaint'. We saw Keeley and she made us feel at ease and approached sky in a calm manner as she is nervous once she is in the room!! We then saw Ashley who always takes her time to approach sky and let her relax before doing any examining. She is extremely informative with a wealth of information and always checks that we understand and gives us all the facts upfront e.g. Pricing, risks etc. Overall, very happy. Thank you for everything you've done to help our crazy GSD!! Sky thanks you all too...

I have taken Lacey to Your Vets since i adopted her about 9 yrs ago. The staff are always so very friendly and nothing is too much touble. I recently had to take Lacey to the vets due to a neurological problem that affected her legs and her ability to walk, i was convinced that i would have to say goodbye to her and i was deeply upset. Rebecca the vet was so caring and suggested putting her on medication, this has helped emensley and given her a new lease of life. I am so very grateful to Rebecca for not giving up on Lacey and giving me a few more months with my best friend
