A repeat visit for our Sky tonight and found the service excellent as always. The receptionists are always helpful and explain everything really well. Me and my partner were waiting for an appointment and a customer was complaining about a paying for a procedure which was needed - the girls on reception handled it brilliantly. It is just a shame that they get the brunt of the complaint. Even so, they explained the complaints procedure calmly and gave the clients respect with listening to their 'complaint'. We saw Keeley and she made us feel at ease and approached sky in a calm manner as she is nervous once she is in the room!! We then saw Ashley who always takes her time to approach sky and let her relax before doing any examining. She is extremely informative with a wealth of information and always checks that we understand and gives us all the facts upfront e.g. Pricing, risks etc. Overall, very happy. Thank you for everything you've done to help our crazy GSD!! Sky thanks you all too...

I have taken Lacey to Your Vets since i adopted her about 9 yrs ago. The staff are always so very friendly and nothing is too much touble. I recently had to take Lacey to the vets due to a neurological problem that affected her legs and her ability to walk, i was convinced that i would have to say goodbye to her and i was deeply upset. Rebecca the vet was so caring and suggested putting her on medication, this has helped emensley and given her a new lease of life. I am so very grateful to Rebecca for not giving up on Lacey and giving me a few more months with my best friend

Our Llasa Apso - Indiah, was rushed to the surgery early on Monday morning with a serious Gastro virus. The vet, Joanne, was great right from the start. She kept both Indiee and myself very calm and explained what was happening and how it will be resolved. Indiee was taken straight into the hospital for treatment, and from that point on we were kept fully informed on her progress with regular phone updates every day and evening. We didn't have to call once, the practice called us. We are so grateful for their wonderful skills and professionalism, they brought our baby girl back from the brink. Thank you so much!

I've been using the same vets for many years, from their initial surgery in Barker Butts Lane, then Moseley Avenue and followed them to their current location in Herald Avenue, even though I haven't live in the Coventry area for the last 2 years. They've treated my dogs for their minor ailments, and major ops, like bloat/twisted bowel and currently have been looking after my red setter who was had a cancerous tumour remove (operation via Willows in Solihull) but Yourvets have been so caring, professional and reassuring during the initial diagnosis and tests, and now with the follow up care, like changing the dressings every 3/4 days for last 4 weeks - even matching the bandages to my netball team colours and for the local football team after their Wembley win! The reception staff, even though it can be quite frantic at times, are always friendly and make time for a chat when they can. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice - try them for yourself.

After bringing our 12year old setter in on Tuesday 21st Feb , knowing the end was near we were treated so well and given a summary of what was wrong and the options/costs of treatment. The heartbreaking decision was made to put her to sleep,the worst decision i have ever had to make , but the 4 ouf us there all agreed . we stayed with her during and after. she knew she was loved. the respect of the vetsv was brilliant. Thank you so much.

On Sunday 12th February 2016 we brought in our large lop rabbit with a swelling on her face. The vet clearly explained outcomes and we left awaiting a referral to a specialist vet. Driving home we talked at length and decided not to put her through treatment but to have her put to sleep. She was a very special rabbit so this was a hard decision. We made an appointment in the afternoon to bring her back for the last time. A sad time but a calm and beautiful time too. She left this earth peacefully and respectfully. No matter how hard we tried to be OK, we were upset. The whole experience was the best as it could be. Thank you to Ashley the Vet, the nurse and reception staff. Pat and Ken Foxon
