We recently had to have our elderly, ill dog put to sleep. I would like to thank the staff for their respect and kindness during this sad time and for the touching card we received a couple of days later.

I took my three rabbits for three different appointments, but they were seen all together. It was not rushed in any way and the vet I spoke to had plenty of time to chat about options for dealing with my rabbits knee problems. They made me feel like my pets were the cutest rabbits they'd ever seen (which of course, they are!) Very reasonable prices and friendly caring staff. :)

I've used this vets for the last 15 years but always at their old premises and always had a excellent and valued service. Took my cat today as old and off his legs. I really expected to be advised to have him pts as previously these vets have been very open and honest in their assessments. Instead was told needed scans and painkillers. Then after expensive tests told needed pts. So cost me £210 to come away with my dead cat. I feel that this was done to make money since they have move to new premises. I know some of the vets there are excellent so would in future insist on seeing one of them.

WE would like to express how kind and professional all the staff have been over the years. Our cat was put to sleep and the vet and nurse were so kind. They took us straight through to a lovely room with flowers, dimmed light and cushions. We were treated with respect and care. Ally went in peace. The new Camphill site is very good with lots of parking. Thank you all again

I came to you as my cat was a little poorly and after tests showed signs of body deteriorating I decided it was better for Jeff if we said goodbye. It was one of the most hardest decitions i have ever had to make.....but knew it was right for him. The vet was wonderful in how she spoke and explained everything....of corse buy this time i was probably a bit of a mess....but not once did i feel uncomfartable around her and the assistant....after Jeff left us for the Rainbow Bridge....i was asked if i would like to leave the back way....how thoughtful as i wad a mess. But i think what touched my heart most was a beautifull sympathy card sent to me from Your vets......nice touch and grategully revieved Keep up the good work. I have 2 kittens i have rescued so no doubt be seeing more of you in the future Jo x

I visited your vets in Nuneaton on 14/09 2016 at 915 am I have to say that I'm very pleased with the service that I and my beagle Dexter received the people that work there are great thay treat you and your pet with the most respect the prices are the best thay listen to you questions and deal with any queries that you have I all ways tell people I know to take there pets to your vets to get the top service I don't know why people complain about your vets as thay seem to be the best around and the service is fantastic Keep up the good work

The staff here are always lovely, friendly, welcoming and happy to help. They have always done the best for my pup pearl and as she is an unusual case done their best to get all the information and help they can. Always love to see pearl and make her feel welcome and loved by all the staff. Love going here and would definitely recommend going here. Thank you for you patients and help with pearl could never thank you enough. Also had an amazing day today and their 1st birthday. Was lovely had a really good time.

A couple of days ago I tried to ring yourvets NUNEATON, so I could make an appointment to put my beautiful dog to rest! I myself spent 25 mins just trying to make the hardest call if our life's. My husband then tried for a further 20 mins, with both time no answer??? I'm so angry to think that NO one is manning the phones! Do you realise how hard these calls are?? We ended up ringing Coventry yourvets AGAIN!! which thank god answered and we made an appointment. Although the NUNEATON are a disgrace, Coventry were fantastic, very respectable in every way. Thank you Marcin for your professionalism and respect, you were a true professional and help my husband and our family through a really difficult time. All my dogs are with Nuneaton but I will never bring them to you again, you have lost our trust. All we expected was a you to answer the phone, not much really!!
