\n I have never left a review before, but have signed up today as Lynwood deserve this. \r\n\r\nToday I have lost my beloved cat, he was a stray who sat by the back door for weeks.. He was full of mange, fleas and was rotten but he did not move. Eventually we flea'd him, brushed him, wormed him and bathed him. 8 years on and he is part of our furniture but still the king of the street! (cars having to stop whilst he slowly crosses the road.. Neighbours having to step over him as he has taken over their doorstep as his favourite place to sleep)\r\n\r\nHe became unwell and just was not himself. He was struggling and I took him to a vet in Wimborne. They were horrific and after taking him there twice he came back worse then when I took him. \r\nOn the second time, they sedated him and after a couple of hours of him being home, I knew he was not right! having lost faith in the veterinary, I called Lynwood and instantly I could feel the warmth and genuine care for not only my cat, but for me as well. \r\n\r\nLynwood took him in straight away and looked after him over night, as I genuinely did not think he would survive without veterinary care. The vet was honest when she gave me the options of how we could proceed and reassured my family when we felt that letting him go was the right choice (we needed that reassurance more than I believe the lovely vet would ever know) \r\n\r\nI will never forgive myself for taking him to the first vet, but will forever be grateful for Lynwood for the care that they showed him during his final hours, for the compassion and honesty they gave my family. \r\n\r\nThank you! <\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n
