To make the most of your new service, here are a few steps to go through to ensure you are set up properly and encourage more clients to use video.

 

 

1.Set up your public availability. 

You might like to start by adding video consultation slots to the beginning or end of your day, or set aside recurring slots each week when you accept video consultation bookings.

 

2. Email your clients to inform them of the new video service

  • Could you offer free Puppy and Kitten video consults for new clients?
  • What about free or reduced cost video consultations as an added benefit of your health care plan?
  • Why not increase your available consulting slots by having a flexible member of the team who holds consults from home?
