Red spots on ears and nose?

  She doesn't seem to be in pain when you touch her ears or nose. The spots feel hard on her ears. I'd just like to know if I should take her to a vet about it.20240712_164832

Hello - yes, I think you should because this isn't normal.  I wondered about Demodex mites, which dont itch - they just affect the hair follicle -and tend to pop up secondarily to a low immune system / other disease.  I also wondered about cancer (in extremis), endocrine (hormonal) diseases affecting hair follicles, allergy, autoimmune disease (where the immune system turns on the skin) and especially  Ringworm.  This can affect owners too so please ask the vet to explain what you can do to protect yourself in the meantime, just in case.
