Absolutely amazing staff & vet professionals. So friendly understanding careing put you at ease as your stressed out about your dog or other pet and they really listen to what been going on with your dog and don't judge you or other pet which is really poorly vomiting blood & pooing blood. I will definitely recommend to all pet owners Acorn veterinary clinic. Fabulous Acorn staff = Happy pet owners eg dogs & other pet owners. I was so upset this morning thinking my dog was dying as he was vomiting blood & pooing blood. Acorn came to the rescue and my dog was put on 2 lots antibiotics. I am so happy he will get better soon. You peep's are totally amazing. Thank you so much. Keep up the fantastic work you do. ❤️❤️❤️

Recently took out cat Matilda here for a minor operation. Everything was fully explained in detail from pre op to collection and the aftercare procedure. Really caring people with a high level of professionalism. Highly recommended.

Charlie has been to Acorn for past 6 years but yesterday had his first large operation. Everyone at Acorn was brilliant, they are friendly and really do care about the animals welfare

We have found it easy to obtain appointments with Acorn when required and have received a caring and professional approach over the last 14 years. When we recently had to have our 17 year old cat put to sleep Sarah and her team treated our pet and ourselves in a caring, professional and compassionate manner.

We had to make the unexpected decision to have Rory our much loved cat put to sleep. Adele at Acorn was amazing, so kind and sympathetic at a very difficult time for our family. She helped to make a very difficult decision a little easier and we know that we did the right thing and can treasure the happy memories of having 7 years with Rory.

I took rory to another vets to start with but then we moved and he came to acorns. The team that run the practice from reception to vets are fabulous. Such a nice vibe up there. To me they have a genuine love/care for animals and an empathy for the owners and the special bond they share with their animal friends.

We were made to feel welcome on arrival and enjoyed waiting in the cat friendly area. Sheldon was very gentle with LouLou and she was very pleased to see him. He was able to assess her quickly and organized her next appointment himself. The receptionists wanted to know how she was and spoke to her before we left. There is a lovely atmosphere at this surgery and all the humans and most of the animals are happy to be there.
