After the loss of my 16 year old Jack Russell, Jake this week. I wanted to express my thanks to Chapel vets, especially Dan, the vet that has looked after Jake over the last few months. After going to several vets in the area for my 3 dogs care for the last 16 years I finally found a vets that care about the animals and not just the money side of the business. Jake has been several times over the past few months and kept comfortable by Dan until the time came when I had to make the inevitable decision. Thank you to all the staff we saw on Wednesday you were all caring and compassionate and that won’t be forgotten. I will continue to bring my two other dogs here. I would recommend this vets a thousand times over. Thank you!

After an awful experience at another local vets who have misdiagnosed my daughters dog and charged me for the privilege. To their very rude reception staff, and the list goes on. I brought her dog to you as I have my dog registered with you. I spoke to Kimberley on reception, who was wonderful. That same day I had an appointment with Emma who was brilliant. It turns out the little Frenchie needs surgery for breathing issues, which is common with this breed. Although you don’t do the surgery I was given excellent information on who can do it. The whole team are always polite, informative and considerate. Thank you so much for a wonderful service in a welcoming practice.

First visit to Chapel House and what an amazing experience we had. Chris was so patient and calm with our Shar Pei and was not in a hurry at all. Chris was the very first vet that our dog has trusted and remained calm and stress free at all times. Although the practice is 90 miles away from home there is no vet locally like Chris and I will have no hesitation in driving to see him when the need arises in the future. A truly amazing gentleman. Thank you Chris.

At one of the most difficult times of making the decision to put my beautiful Bengal boy to sleep Minnie treated us with the utmost respect. She provided us with a more private room, handled my precious boy with so much loving and care. We thank you for all your advice and support. We will not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Clearly exceptionally passionate about what you do.

What an amazing team of staff. They have been there for all of our pets, through happy, sad and very painful times. We will continue to use them because they are incredibly caring and understanding and are always at the end of the phone if you need them.
