The service at this particular vets is outstanding and the best i have ever been too. The receptionists were extremely helpful and able to reasure me during a difficult time with one of my pets. They are very kind and a delight to visit. David the vet was brilliant, so professional and went above and beyond during my visit. The staff are fantastic and i strongly recommend everyone to use this particular vets surgery.

Great staff who always have time to explain procedures etc to you, even when they are extremely busy, nothing is too much for them. Shame only one vet, nurse and receptionist here as it can get extremely busy. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else and highly recommend this surgery.

Vet Response

We are sorry that you feel that our pricing did not meet your expectation. We strive to provide the very best in healthcare at an affordable price to our clients. As we mentioned to you the price of our Malaseb is higher than an online pharmacy, because unlike a pharmacy we are unable to buy in bulk as the demand for this product is not high enough for us to store large amounts onsite. Although the treatment is cheaper online, they will not offer medical advice on how to use the shampoo or support any issues that are ongoing with skin conditions that we would provide to you. Please do call us if you need any further advice.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the following Aida Catarina Ferreira, Veterinary Surgeon, Jemma Laycock, Registered Veterinary Nurse,Amy Branch, Veterinary Receptionist for their outstanding love and support they had given to my dog Lola who was seen today and sadly passed away . You have shown such compassion dignity and love towards Lola and also towards myself and my daughter. Words cannot express how much it meant to us how things were dealt with not to mention babysitting our other dog Lily while proceedings took place . This is the first Vets who has shown us their love and support through such a difficult time I look forward to seeing you all again in the near future and I would recommend this surgery to anyone who has a pet . Lily may have lost her sister but she has certainly gained a lot of friends through you all so thank you all very much x Jan

As soon as we walked I to the waiting room the staff greeted us immediately and began to fuss over our pup. After some cuddles we went into the consultation room where the vet also fussed over our pup before giving him a little treat before and after his jabs. After this was completed more fuss and an explanation of various services offered. Very glad we chose this vetinary practice to look after our little Harley.
