I am on vacation in Scotland (from Germany) at the moment and my beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Lilly, who's been having heart problems for years, suddenly took a turn for the worse and clearly suffered greatly. The person we rented the cottage from suggested I take her to Easter Ross. When we got there, we were seen immediately and soon it became clear that it was time to let her go. Tom and the staff were absolutely wonderful and caring while I had to make this heart-breaking decision, explaining all options and alternatives, never rushing but giving me time to think things through and spend just a little more time with my precious dog. I was able to stay with her until her heart stopped, to stroke her face and help her cross over. Dear Easter Ross - thank you so much for also helping me set up everything afterwards to make sure, I wouldn't have to leave her behind and can bring her back home! Your kindness in this dark hour will never be forgotten!!!

Last Monday, we lost our beloved little Domino, a 20 1/2 year old pussy cat. I would like to say how grateful I am to Paco for his compassion and sensitivity with both little Domino and myself. We have six more cats and two dogs and make frequent visits to the vet for vaccinations etc. Also where would I be without Gail? Not forgetting the nurses, receptionists and the other vets. xx

Coming from England, where I'd had the same vet for ovr 30 years, I knew I was going to find it a challenge to find a vet practice that matched up to my old veterinary practice. But I have found it here. From the moment we arrived, two eyars ago, Easter Ross Vets have been brilliant. They treat all my dogs as friends, they take great care with my two particularly needy dogs. They treat me with friendliness and respect, they listen, they advise, I find them willing to go the extra mile, staff and vets alike. I'd fully recommend them to anyone.

I took my dog to this practice after being recommended by a friend for castrarion. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone, both me and the dog were very nervous! All staff were fantastic and so friendly! They were great at reassuring us both and did a fantastic job. The surgery it's self is so clean and spotless. We are now registered at this vets and wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended!!

I would like to thank Paco for his kind words & compassion shown to our cat Cheeko & myself when I had to let Cheeko go to sleep. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do but with Paco's support I realised I was doing the right thing for Cheeko & for myself. Thank you so much. Cheeko will never be forgotten xxxx

Having seen Paco and Gail on a number of occasions with our past and present Neapolitan Dogs, we have found all the staff give us an excellent service with treating our large breed of dog. They have given us the best treatment and advise for all health issues in a very courteous friendly and professional manner. We would highly recommend Easter Ross Vets whichever branch you take your dog to, as you will receive A1 service from them all.

We have always received wonderful service for all our motley crew of animals - 2 dogs of very mixed breeds, 2 cats, a pony and a WB/TB cross horse! No challenge too big or question too small - all are dealt with in the same competent and friendly way. They are also there to deal with life's emergencies for anyone who comes in. Always recommend them to friends, even those with other practices.

Have used this Vets for the last 25 years and seen many changes always for the better. I have a little known breed (Bedlington Terrier)and from day 1 of using this Vets, they have gone out of there way to find out about them whenever I have a problem (which is not very often), They are very sympathetic on the down days at the end of a life as well as very happy when puppy arrives. You can contact someone 24 hours a day for advice which also helps when pups arrive at unfriendly hours. Would recommend them to anyone as I already do when asked for a good vet in area. Keep up the good work.
