We recently had to visit the Mandeville Veterinary Hospital on many occasions after my Mum's elderly cat Obi developed diabetes, unfortunately despite the best of care complications set in and the decision was made to end Obi's suffering and reluctantly put him to sleep. We would like to thank everyone at the Mandeville Hospital for their care and professionalism, you were all excellent. In particular we would like to thank Miteki and Sunil who treated Obi on the majority of his visits, they are a credit to their profession. We would most definitely recommend the Mandeville Veterinary Hospital to anyone in the future. Thanks again Neil, Debbie and Margaret Corcoran

My hamster was not well last night so I rang up Mandeville Hospital. They were very understanding of the situation and prompted me to come down tonight (bearing in mind it was quite late) an appointment was made and I went straight down. For it being a hospital the wait time was not disappointing, and the wonderful receptionist was very welcoming and talkative which helped me to relax, whilst still being worried for my pet. I saw Flynn, and I was exceptionally happy. He did a full examination on my hamster. I was concerned that being my hamster was so small that the vet might struggle to examine T-Mo, but it was done smoothly and without any hesitations. Flynn was very clear with what treatment was needed and the risks it would have to my hamster. When consultation was over Flynn asked if I had any questions, which made me feel positive and that my consultation time was not rushed at all. Very well mannered. I did not feel like I was being spoken to in a patronizing way either, where as other practices I have been to in the past, have made me feel like that. Overall a pleasant experience and I just want to say thank you to Flynn for helping my T-Mo to feel better again. A great team all in all. Thumbs Up for Mandeville.

Diogo Neves was the vet we saw. He was extremely patient with my old Cocker Spaniel Jack. He was very thorough took his time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was gentle with the dog and continually talk to him to calm him and reassure. The process was not rushed and we felt the dog was in very safe hands. Diogo Neves was superb and a credit to Goddard's. Thanks again for looking after Jack.

Alfie went for a scan today and everyone was so caring - we knew he felt happy and safe when his tail just didn't stop wagging, in spite of being poorly - thank you to everyone who looked after him and found out what was wrong so we can put him on the road to recovery.

Having used Mandeville Road vetinary hospital for the last 30 years, I have seen it change hands a few times, however since it became "Goddards Vetinary Hospital, I can honestly say that it is the best I have seen it. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly receptionists in a very clean, tidy & bright waiting area. The vetinary surgeons are all highly skilled & will give you the best advice & care for your pet. Should your pet be admitted to stay in the hospital, you can be rest assured that the wards are well maintained with very caring highly qualified nurses. I was able to go into a ward to see my cat who had been hit by a car & needed emergency care on Christmas Day night. I felt immediately relieved when I saw my cat (who had suffered multiple injuries), the ward was clean, calm & I felt safe in the knowledge that there was a vetinary surgeon & nurse there, giving my cat the best possible treatment to keep him painfree whilst tending to his severe injuries. I would recommend this vet to everybody for the amazing service received, from the moment you walk in & are greeted by a cheerful receptionist to the advice & care of the nurses & particularly the vetinary surgeons. I can't thank you all enough for all the help you have given to my cats over the years, but in particular for Benny, having felt so stressed out, after seeing Jeremy Stewart, I knew that I would receive an honest opinion & the best care plan available for Benny. I thank you all once again for all your help.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for getting Monty seen so quickly yesterday, without a previous appointment and getting him back home to us by the evening. Monty has lost an eye due to trauma a few years back and his eye socked started swelling up. Rachael at reception got us in straight away and it was decided that the fluid needed to be drained. So Monty was kept at the practise and the procedure done same day and by the evening our little boy was ready to come home. A bit groggy from sedation but al lot happier. I visited the vet today and, as usual, experienced a very high standard of service from both the the vet, -in this case Dr Jeremy Stewart, and the staff at the reception desk. I am confident that my cats always get the best care.

Having rang you at 11pm on a Sunday night from the second a very frazzled owner with a sick cat walked through your door at midnight we were met with nothing but care and dedication. Every single member of staff I've dealt with in the last 48 hours from the vet, nursing team and reception staff has been friendly, understanding and shown an exemplary level of care to my cat. A very serious situation was averted. He's home now. I have always used Goddards for my furry family members and for the above reasons wouldn't use anywhere else. Thank you isn't a big enough word, but thank you all for everything. I've always recommended you but will be redoubling my praise now!! From Hermes and his humans.
