Hale at Chippenham have always shown compassion and understanding, also their judgements have proved to be sound

I have always had great service from the Hale. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. once or twice i have had to go in first thing with one of my cats and they are always as accommodating as they could possibly be. The opening times also mean that I don't have to take time off work for appointments.

I wanted to say thank you to all in Hales vet in Chippenham who was involved in helping me get madge Lee all better after getting something in her paw and for fitting me in when she needed to be seen and previous to that (about a week before madge had problems) when pippin Lee had a bad paw to. Also sorting our other dog loup who was poorly earlier this year. You all do an excellent job and I highly recommend you all as a vets. Thanks once again x

Have looked after both my pets and me! Always available when you need them. All staff, receptionists, nurses, vets and the admin team are patient and kind. I trust their word, their judgement and even more so their skills.

Had our lovely dog put to sleep today, the vet Sophie was amazing. She made a difficult time as dignified and calm as she could. The whole procedure was explained as it was done. Thank you for caring so much.
