We have been with the practice for 30 years and have not regretted it once. My puppy was recently an in-patient twice. The second time requiring an operation with care after, plus follow ups. She was looked after brilliantly. We had every confidence in both vets and nurses who methodically diagnosed her problem, and put her on the road to recovery. We were kept informed of her condition at all times. Many thanks to you all.

Quite a mixed review, as we have had some good service, but more often than not, seems like they're not interested in my pet, and are quick to offer a service but tell me that it will be costly, which makes me think they are only interested in how much money they can make, and when I've been in for a consultation for a follow up appointment, I was in and out within 2 mins, and came out with unanswered questions, was going to change to another vets, but as I needed a repeat prescription I had to stay with them, and to be fair the vet that I spoke to on reception changed my mind, but this is the last chance, if i have any further bad service, I'm gone, my pooch deserves better.

Our dog damaged her knee significantly and needed a big operation. We were given honest information on all manner of options and able to make an informed decision on what to do. She is making very good progress we are happy to say and walking quite well already on her leg.
