Staff were nice and friendly. The vet was excellent with my dog and that is obviously very important, so yes I would recommend the practice.

I am happy with the service by staff shown to myself and Harry. The treatment so far is going well and I have seen an improvement in Harry. So for that I am grateful. Thank you all for being such a friendly clinic.

The staff here are always so friendly, they welcome you and your pet with warmth and compassion and they have the best vet I have ever had in all my 40 years of owning a dog, I trust Ryk implicitly. He controls every situation with the utmost professionalism and reassurance and never fails to impress me. I make a 140 mile round trip to see him and will only go elsewhere if he isn't available or the practice is closed. I also really like the Medivet syndicate as a whole. Being a member of the pet club allows me to get the same discount at any Medivet practice and the they are also able to view my pet's details wherever the practice is located . In my opinion this enables the best possible care for my pets and total peace of mind.

Pebbles our beautiful Bichon Frise is being treated at this Vets by Gerald for Cancer, the care and attention she gets is second to none. I can honestly say I don\'t know what I would have done without him. Unfortunately to add to her troubles Pebbles hurt her leg and needed an operation, this had to be done in between her cancer treatment to get the best possible chance of healing. The operation was done by Leon and Marie, Leon knows what she means to us and reassured me everything would be alright. The operation went perfect and she is recovering really well and Marie is one of the nicest people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. I cannot recommend this Vets enough and will be forever grateful to them all. They are a great team.

Gerald and his lovely team of Nurses have been so understanding and kind, they are always so helpful when i phone especially Leanne. I have been taking our precious little Pebbles to them since January 2012 when she was diagnosed with cancer. We could not wish for a more reliable and caring team, Gerald's gone out of his way to find the best treatment possible and that is why our little precious is still here with us. It was a very difficult journey at the beginning but he is doing all he can and more to get us where we are today. We will never be able to thank you enough Gerald, nothing is ever too much trouble for you. Karen Nigel and precious little Pebbles
