Your Vet Sandra, was so gentle with my cat. Usually Ninya growls and scratches but not this time - in fact she allowed Sandra to look in her mouth, give her her injections and feel her tummy, without any wriggling or anything. Very happy. Thank you so much Lesley

We have a 15 year old cat and 1 year old dog, both of who go to Medivet Dalston. The treatment and kindness they've have shown to both pets has been exceptional. The veterinary Nurses have gone above and beyond to figure out the best treatments as well as spent time giving advise over the phone. More importantly, they understand our pets are our life and treat them with the same level of care as we would.

The surgery is convenient. Opening times are better than in the days before Medivet took over – and staff no longer try to push expensive food at me all the time. Indeed, I would say that staff in general certainly seem to listen more and accept that, while I do not have medical expertise, I do know the small members of my family very well.

I have been with this vets for a few years now and at one stage last year I was going to leave it, as it was turned upside down, going 24/7 , vets that didn't look at you when speaking to you etc. But now it has gone back to being an opening times vets and has a vet ( Guiseppe) who has time, patients, compassion for your animal and you, I really hope medivets keep him at the practice. As this is what people need when they have very sick animals, as I am one of these people as my dog has cancer and he is fantastic with her. I am regaining my trust in the practice now hopefully it stays as it is. As I am a regular visitor to the practice as well as he sees all my kittens as well being a breeder.

The staff understood that I was finding it difficult with the payment and quickly offered an alternative method such as breaking down the payment into monthly payments. Also offering me a discount.

Abrupt and rude staff at reception. I called twice for 2 seperare inquiries and each time (one male and one female), they seem disinterested and abrubt. I’m a paying customer and don’t need to be spoken to like that. I have one appointment coming up which I can’t cancel but I will be changing to another vet. My initial visit with the veterinarian was pleasant. But whoever works at reception needs further training in customer service.
