I have been using this vet practice for many years with my dogs and have always received an exceptionally high standard of care. In a recent situation where our elderly diabetic dog sustained gastroenteritis and we thought we were going to lose him, all the vets and nurses helped us as if we were the only client in their practice and were available whenever we needed them. Fortunately, our dog came through it and this was largely due to the exceptionally good care they provided. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. All the staff are very kind and very professional and very helpful.Thank you so much!

Friendly helpful nurses and staff on reception and a wonderful vet Monica who gives excellent medical care to my cat and genuinely seems to love him like I do!

We had to take our 3 year old cavalier King Charles spaniel to have an operation on a broken nail. All of the staff were so reassuring both pre and post operation and explained everything clearly. We felt that Sammy had the best treatment.

Magnus, our Westie, ate something that didn't agree with him. The attention and care he received was the best we've ever experienced from a vet. Every member of staff was caring and attentive, just as concerned for Magnus as we were. He needed to be hospitalised, and they assured me it was absolutely no problem to call and get an update at any time, day or night - in fact they positively encouraged me to call. When I did, the hospital vet was informative and reassuring. Magnus is now making a good recovery, thanks to MediVet Esher, I can't thank them enough.

Slightly preoccupied reception stafff. Highly expensive, however, thourough information and advice given by the vet with high respect for my pet. Not a "warm" experience which I have received many times before so I felt a little disappointed- hopefully just a blip....

Staff are very friendly and helpful in their advice; nothing is too much trouble and you feel your pets are being very well looked after. The environment is also pleasant, clean and spacious with lots of useful information dotted around to read whilst waiting for your appointment. it would be very difficult to think of any areas that I would like improved, hence the top rating!

I was visiting my friend in Esther and my Yorkshire Terrier Alfie, who is ten and diabetic, disappeared from her garden which is fenced and backs on to a golf course. We searched for so long, calling him, knocking on doors but in vein. Then his previous owner from 7years ago phoned me to say that he had been found and was at this Vet's. They were excellent and very professional and gave me a number to update the Chip, even though I had done this 7 years ago, somehow it hadn't been done properly. It all ended well and I was more than happy with the efficiency and caring attitude of the staff. Thank you so much

Everyone at Esher is amazing, from the front desk who are your first port of call (thank you Paul & Sally) all the veterinary nurses and the exceptional vets. I inherited the care of my mother & her dog Alfie 3 years ago & knew nothing about animal care but was recommended to this practice. So grateful as intermittently their services were needed apart from the regular checks. Minor ailments/surgery through to superb high end diagnostic skills with on-site testing equipment or hospital admission & external referral when required. My mothers dog was diagnosed with a small, rare cancer a year ago & following surgery he had another wonderful year as mum's companion. Sadly the cancer returned & in a few short days we lost him, albeit he was 11years old. I cannot thank vet Louise enough for her outstanding care, constant communication, expert advice & compassion. The dream team at Esher cannot be more highly recommended. Thank you xxxx

Those on reception are always friendly and helpful and the vets always pay top notch attention to the well being of my cat. Couldn't ask for a better service, really.
