My pet was seen very quickly when he became I'll. Very efficient.

The practice was left in the hands of nurses only, no qualified veterinary surgeon was on the premises. It is unfair to have a diagnosis from a nurse while paying for a vet's, clients should at least be informed at the time of booking that there will be no veterinary surgeon available during their visit and their animals will be seen by not fully qualified personnel. The young woman who visited my pet admitted herself to not being fully qualified. It could be potentially dangerous for the animals.
Vet ResponseDear Glenda, Thank you very much for leaving us this review. We really appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Our aim is to always deliver amazing client and patient care, so we’re very concerned and a little confused to read your comments as we only ever have qualified veterinary surgeons conducting our consultations – we would never leave clients and their pets in the hands of unqualified members of staff. Our head nurse, Lucinda, would really appreciate the opportunity to talk to you about this in more detail, so if you are willing, would you mind giving us a call at your earliest convenience? Yours sincerely, Medivet Kentish Town

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff both vets and nurses for their support in taking care of Missy. Especially Lucinda and Suzanne who had to go back and forth to Hendon branch (due to refurb at our branch) They were very caring and looked after Missy before, during and after her knee operation. Missy is recovering well and still visiting for follow ups. Missy received excellent care. Once again Thank you ladies

Recently visited. Very caring and professional vets and nurses. Excellent advice , particularly from the nurses regarding feeding and behaviour tips. I have never been disappointed. I only wished I had left a review on previous visits. Thank you.

I have been with Abby vet for a number of years now and throught out they have treated a number of different type of pet of mine every time delivering a good service. The veterinarianhas always been open to options giving every diagnosis due care and attention. In one of there's caes I had a rabbit she had developed an ulcer near her neck when taking her in I was told the likey hood of most rabbits in her condition would have had a small chance of full recovery. I was explained the risk of surgay and told the out come of different treatments, I was very close to her so I opted for the surgery. When I had the chance to take her home it was explained the risk of her pulling through even tho the surgery went really well. Kire got better and stronger but at first it was close, because of all the information I was told I Knew what to expect she pulled thought and it was all down to the great respect and chance given to her by Abby vet. My cat kyoko also a good friend passed away in very quick and shocking circumstances Abby vet helped me with my last moments with him. I thank then for all the treatment they have given me and my closet four legged friends. Recommend them highly ^_^
