I have been taking my dogs to see Magda and Reena at Pinner for some years. I have 4 dogs including a diabetic with chronic health issues. I attend the practice frequently. Their care and level of service are excellent. The nursing staff are knowledgable and competent. My dogs are so priveliged to have such an excellent practice so close by.

Such a friendly welcoming practice, both I & my two doggies Tyler & Tia feel comfortable visiting. A professional caring team who listen to me, take the time to explain options & answer my questions. They also understand that I may need time to make a decision. They make me feel that they really do care.

This practice is the most helpful and dedicate, practice I have ever used. Everyone is so helpful and genuinely concerned with any problem my cats may have. They take the time to chat and I never feel hurried or just another customer to have to sort out. My cat Alfie was a rescue cat which I adopted from the practice 3 years ago. The nurses took him home and fed him through the night as he was so tiny until I could take him home. Alfie is a regular visitor to the practice as he has an ongoing medical condition which needs frequent treatment, and I always leave feeling confident that everything possible has been done for him. My thanks to you all, you are amazing. , Alfie and CillaWhite

We started visiting Medivet Pinner for acupuncture for Lopez our French Bulldog and quickly realised that this was a special vet surgery with a great team. We now have all 8 of our dogs registered there and they love visiting. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

My first contact with Medivet Pinner was many years ago rushing an injured staffie/cavilier king charles spaniel to the nearest vets. The vet was outstanding - he reacted immediately, taking us through, calmly checking the dog over and giving us total confidence in him. The dog made a full recovery. For the last seven years Reena and the team have been taking care of my rescued Lhasa Apso. I cannot praise them highly enough. They are really gentle with him - he\'s a bit of a wuss - have always taken excellent care of him and are always happy to help and give advice. They are a top rate surgery and I wouldn\'t take my dog anywhere else.
