Our 8 1/2 year old black lab went into the vets for a yearly booster . During the visit Dr Kaitlan found a couple of lumps and advised us to have them checked out. We agreed and found they were cancerous the vets said they could remove them it is now 2 weeks since then and on today 's post op visit every thing was fine and the stitches were removed with advice on how to care for Max. We cannot speak highly of the friendly professional compassionate service we have had from the whole team. Thank you all so much Mike/Marion Burgess and Max woof woof

In the area on holiday, we found a tick on our Springer Spaniel by her eye and rang to see if they could just check it for us, very polite receptionist ho got us an appointment, we saw the vet who was very patient with our not so happy spaniel, tick removed and happy doggie parents. Hubby went to pay and was told it was complementary, what a lovely gesture , made our day. Thankyou so much.

1st time using this vet as recently moved to the area. It was recommended to me by a neighbour and after an accident causing a torn claw on my pug we needed to get her seen asap. We were grateful to be seen straightaway however as soon as the vet asked if we we're insured it seemed to go more from care to poundsigns. Unfortunately my insurance excess is very high so didn't cover the £260 bill. With her being a pug we would have preferred her not to sedated due to higher risk, but vet advised us that would be best even though she wasn't crying in pain at all, just a little scared if the strange environment. It really didn't make me feel any better when the nurse handed her over after the op to say the claw literally just fell off really easily. It just makes us feel like if she was properly looked at then maybe we could have avoided the unnecessary risk, stress and expense. We found 1 of the reception team particularly rude and cold towards us. We had previously enquired about registering our 3 dogs and starting them on the wellness plan as this is our nearest vets to save 10% on any treatment, with it being less than a week after Xmas and insurance not covering it would have been nice if we would have been shown a little compassion especially if we we're going to be giving them our business, however "No that's not going to happen, so what are you going to do then?!" Was the friendly response we got. So in conclusion we won't be using this vets again or recommending. We would rather do the 90minute drive to our previous vets we're they are very warm and friendly and amazing with the pugs and our pockets.

On our most difficult day, when had to say farewell to our darling Tully, they were amazing , they came to our home and were so gentle and kind, Miguel and Jack,Vicky who took my calls and read my email was gentle and caring, making me feel calmer and more at peace...thank you everyone, said with a grateful albeit broken heart.

We was away on a short break, my 4 month old puppy became very poorly with an upset tummy. Everybody was so very kind and extremely caring, I’m so very grateful to them all.

I love this vets have been with them for years and will be with them for as long as I have a Dog first class the vets and staff are really professional great place and very friendly

I brought my two spaniels in for their six month check up. My eldest is terrified of even walking through the door which I appreciate is annoying for the vet. Andy has such a calm and gentle manner and gave them both a thorough examination despite it being slightly difficult. The reception staff are always extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.
