On March 4th I lost my much loved Bichon Belle just 7 months after my beloved boxer Juno, once again I wish to thank Dean Barry for his knowledge, kindness and great compassion to both myself and Belle words cannot express how much this meant to me and my grandson. As a lady in her mid seventies I don't think I will be having another dog but would not hesitate to recommend Monument vets and especially Dean also the receptionists who were all so lovely to me once again thank you

It’s the middle of the Coronavirus nightmare, but today Sonia my little Leghorn chicken was unwell. Egg bound. After bathing her at home, she was no better, so I sent a photo via email and rang Monument Vets for a consultation. We were offered an appointment within the hour. Zoë was kindness itself. Really caring and sympathetic. Little Sonia is not suffering any more and there’s one less chicken in our coop. But Monument Vets will always be the only vets I turn to with any of our pets. Thank you, Zoë.

Bella came into the Redruth practice to see Eleanor, for a review of her torn shoulder muscle. which is healing very well. Teddy Bear was due his annual health check and inoculations. Lovely Eleanor decided she had enough time to see to Teddy Bear, to save us having to come in again. I had better clarify that both Bella and Teddy Bear are rescued dogs and Teddy Bear has the doggie equivalent of PTSD due to his past treatment. He has completely bonded with Bella, and cannot be left at home without her, so both dogs were together at the surgery. Thank you Eleanor, you are lovely.

All the staff are very well loved by our dogs Delilah & Bear ... Delilah particularly loves Dean and how kind he is to her when having to carry out treatments to make her better that she really doesn’t like! It’s lovely walking in and being greeted by staff who know your dogs name and who pay them attention. X

I have had experiences of other vets but this vet practice is outstanding. The reception staff are always helpful, friendly and polite and are very knowledgeable too. They really treat you and your pet as if you are part of the family. The vets themselves are excellent and we have nothing but total respect and trust in them. If you have a scared pet or a slightly boisterous one they are so kind with advice and making the experience a good. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. If this was a doctors surgery it would be the one that everyone wants to go to.

After disappointing service at another vet practice, we took our rescue cat to Monument upon recommendation from the rescue shelter we got our Tommy from. We could not believe the care, friendliness, professionalism, and staff excellence we found at Monument. We highly recommend them.

Both my dog and I were shown an incredible level of care when her spleen burst! I have no doubt that her survival and full recovery are a direct result of that care. I cannot recommend Monument highly enough.
