Have always used Monument Vets. They are amazing.Always welcoming and kind to my Retriever who easily gets spooked and petrified. Usually see Ben who understands our feelings and we work together exchanging views and opinions for the best outcome. Simply the best. Would highly recommend.

I can’t praise you all enough for what you did for Alfie, as you know he had to leave us, and we miss him so much. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.

This is one of the best Veterinary practices we’ve ever used and so really pleased we changed to them 4 years ago. When our beautiful girl was diagnosed with an inoperable cancer (completely unexpected) all the staff were wonderful, kind and very supportive. They always treat us and our animals with respect and give us loads on information. Thank you for your wonderful care

Due to my work, I visit a lot of the veterinary practices in Cornwall, and have done for the last 12 years. I have always used Monument and would say they are one of the top practices in Cornwall, I recently had to take my dog to them because of symptoms which turned out to be an inoperable cancer. They were professional, kept me completely up to date with information and were professional in their advice and understanding.

I had to take my sick cat into the surgery this morning. His breathing was poor so bloods and x-ray taken. Zoe was lovely and so sympathetic. Sophie keeps me updated and hopefully I will pick him up this afternoon. Thank you to everyone involved. Fingers crossed for Buddy.

Peppa first visit to the new premises. She loved the stuffed cat in ‘Cat’s Corner’ and growled away at it happily until we were called through!
