Just to thank everyone at the hospital for the kindness and professionalism that my dog 'Poppy' received recently. From the receptionists, nurses, right through to the veterinary surgeons the care shown was marvelous. 'Poppy' means the world to me and all the staff appreciated that fact. She had a small operation and all went well. She is recovering very nicely. Regards Veronica.

I and my little dog Lola have been with Moor Cottage now for 7 years. I would never take my treasured little friend any where else. Everyone has been so thoughtful, helpful and caring for the welfare of my pet. If Lola could speak, she would say a big thankyou to all the staff at Moor Cottage as well. Thankyou for looking after her. You all are a great team.

Our cat Ozzie, was very very poorly, and had to stay in the hospital after having to have his chest drained. We visited him, and we were most impressed with the care and attention he was receiving. Our thanks go to all the staff, especially to Mary and Hoong who performed the procedure on Ozzie. Thanks also to Alwyn who rang to see how Ozzie was getting on when he came home, thanks also to Roberta who gave us advise on the telephone. Amazing nursing staff, and brilliant Reception ladies. We have been coming to Moor Cottage since the early 80's, with our various pets, and we would thoroughly recommend your services. Thank you!!!!

Used Moor cottage for the first time today on a family recommendation. This really is a lovely surgery and I am happy to have moved my dog here. Consultation was fantastic with regards to advice and treatment. Deep sense of caring from all the staff i met. I have also signed up to their vip club, which is fantastic value for money.

I have a 12 year old dog now with diabetes so I'm at the vets often the reception staff are very friendly and helpful when I take Alfie there now he gets stressed when he has to have blood taken but to keep him calm they now do it in the garden as they find his stays calm out there which is great for him as we're in and out and it's lovely the vets and nurses to do that bit extra for your pet

I took my rather fat cat Elsa for a check up as she was not acting herself and was peeing in the house. She had previously had her thyroid removed and I was worried that her the other thyroid was going to have to be removed. The staff where amazing I am not the easiest of clients as I panic and worry about my pets, but I couldn't fault the treatment that both Elsa and my family received. I have seen various posts about costs at Moor Cottage and I do realise they are not the cheapest vets that I could go too but I strongly believe in the saying "you get what you pay for". The experience that the Team have reassure me that my pets are in the best possible hands that they could be. Thank you Moor Cottage for making Elsa better!

Where to start, we have been using this vet since we moved to the area over 8 years ago. We had a gsd with Ibd who had acute flare ups of his condition over and over the vets here were so friendly and reliable it was never a issue to seek out there help to get treatment. When the day came to say good bye to our beloved Max not only were they compassionate but they were so understanding of how much this was going to break our heart. The vet who who put Max to sleep was AMAZING she had so much compassion for our loss and she looked like she shed a tear or two herself. The condolence card we received also showed this is more than a business to them and they care for every animal they have to care for. We now have Bailey and we didn't even bat a eyelid as to where we would take him. Over all this vet is far beyond what you expect a vet to be they are by far the best we have ever used. Can not recommended them more to anyone.
