I have been going to this vet now only for just over a year, every time I've had an issue with my dog I've been able to get an appointment and get seen quickly. The vets and counter lady's are always so pleasant and respectful. My dog gets treated like a king when his there, they all want a stroke or a rub lol. The place is clean and if there's issues there honest and open, not only with the issues in hand but with costs and possible future costs and visits too. Thank you I'll continue to visit time and time again.

I can't praise these guys enough. The reception team, nurses and vets are always so happy, helpful and efficient. The costing and charges are transparent so no big surprise bills. When one of our beloved pets passed away they were all so respectful and kind, even sending a lovely hand written card. I feel so confident that they have my pets best interests in their work.

These guys are always amazing. Took my feisty terrier here last week with a bad paw, tthey managed to retrieve the grass seed from a dog who really doesn't like his paws being touched or vets. I just wanted to say thank you and well done . Liz and max

After having an extremely bad service, regarding all aspects in a previous vets, we moved to Companion Care Vets in New Malden, not far from Raynes Park Station. What a difference! There's nothing to fault there. The staff are so caring, you can feel they genuinely love what they do! Our Mini Schnauzer Greta has been there several times since a puppy, for many different reasons, they were always spot on regarding conditions and treatments. They are very reliable as they've never made a mistake with Greta. It was a huge peace of mind finding them after our traumatic experience. Vet Michelle is fabulous! I've seen her once running up and down the clinic to save a dog, that has had a seizure, like it was her own. We trust 100% our little Greta's life on their hands and highly recommend Companion Care Vets in New Malden.

Thought we would write a review for our wonderful vet Robert Fraser, who has seen our dog vinnie on a couple of occasions. He's a great vet, very patient, kind, knowledgable and fun. We have had vinnie just under a year now and are still learning things about him everyday, we have had a few visits to the vet for silly reasons I.e thorns in paws And Robert has always put us at ease as well as informing us of symptoms to look for at home. Thank you Robert! You are amazing as always!

We cannot praise the wonderful people at Companion Care enough. We were fostering a dog from a local rescue centre, who had been 'checked over' by their vet before she came to me. No-one had any idea she was pregnant - until the puppies arrived! We took her to Companion Care in a state of stress and shock (us and the dog!) but Michelle and the other staff were truly amazing. It was a Friday night and they were about to close, but they stayed open to take her in and look after her - even offering a caesarean section as she was so malnourished. That wasn't necessary in the end, but the support and care we received (both at the time AND in the days that followed) was amazing. Thank you all! We are pleased to say that once the puppies were weaned we adopted their mum! How could we not, after all she went through with us?!

All my pets have been neutered with them. One of my rabbits has been very poorly and we weren't sure he would make it but the vets were amazing and now you wouldn't know he had even been so poorly. Such a great vets, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Always willing to explain things and the different options available. Have already recommend to many of my friends who live in the area.
