Id just like to say what a credit this practice is.I had a very hard decision to make with my bestfriend star and the staff were amazing and helped me all the way and showed such professionalism all the way, i truly cant thank you enough for showing me such compassion and sincerity i wish you all the very best

We have seen Laura ,a vet at the practice, with our old dog who is 15, a few times in the last fortnight. She was compassionate kind and thorough.Within a week Skippy was improving and after two weeks, we are delighted to say she is living up to her name! Her energy and zest for life is restored! Thankyou Laura and staff. We have been using Oakfields for nearly 50 years with all our pets -- dogs, cats, fish, terrapins, budgie, hamsters and that says it all really doesn't it!

MIGHT not be the cheapest but certainly worth it, polite and compassionate staff. My cat isn't out the woods yet but they have done wonders to help him.

I was in rather a state to say the least when I visited Castle Bromwich today (Sunday) as an emergency appointment with my Toy Poodle Poppy. The result was not what I was expecting. The perfect care and attention we received was the best ever. Poppy will now be recovering. Thank you so much to Michelle and Jeff.

I always use Oakfield, my little chi can be hard to handle at times but the staff there are great with him... Michele who is normally the one who sees to him (a big thanks to you) & thank you to all :) Great vet! Highly recommend.

When ordering pet food was asked to pay in advance of collection for an item which used to be stock, this after about 30+ years of being a customer. Not impressed. Was told it was practice policy, not a policy which I approve of. People deserve to be treated as individuals, not all put in the same box.

Took our rescued dobbie to oakfield to have a second opinion after her going to other vet who said cud not find anything wrong with her after doing scans etc. Turned out she had cancer

We are sorry that you are still not happy despite having received a goodwill gesture of £25.84 from us when you cancelled your plan early. We feel that you have misinterpreted the intentions of the plan as throughout Berties's treatments all charges have been correct and in total you have saved £111.17 since joining the plan on October 2014.
