Opening times

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 11:00 am, 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm, 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Saturday: 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm. All consultations by appointment. Reception open from 8:30 am excluding Saturdays.

What an unpleasant experience, nothing like a visit to our Oakfield Vet in Atherstone. Arrangements made on the phone are changed after the examination and you have no recourse as your pet is locked inside and you outside. I truly hope that our local vet reopens and I dont have to back there.

Unfortunately we had to have our cat put to sleep this week. She has been treated for some weeks now and appeared to be improving from a very difficult illness. She sadly had 2 bad nights in the week which forced our hand. We could not be there with her when we took her to be put to sleep due to the current isolation requirements, however the vets handled this situation very well Thanks to the vets for all their care and especially to Daniela for her caring work with us Couldn’t thank you all personally due to coranavirus

My dog gets really stressed re his annual Kennel Cough Vaccine to the point he may need to have a muzzle. The vet and nurse at Oakfields today just played a game with him with some treats and he had the jab stress free . Fab service

Took my cat in as he had a blocked kidney the vet was the best one we have seen but I think you are charging to much at £563 the I found out I had to pay £13.50 for the vet to complete a form which is terrible most vets don’t charge for that

Awful service. was given the incorrect information regarding the contract for pet scheme over the phone. When we went it was charged more money even though it was their mistake. Cancelled pet scheme as could not afford it anymore amongst other reasons. Received a letter yesterday from a debt agency with an extortionate mark up on bill. No correspondence from vet at all. Causing much stress . Awful practice. Have to put one star as wont let me put none.

The vet we visited today was amazing, she took really good care of our dog Rosie and gave some good advice. The best vets we have been to in a long time.

One of the managers at the Castle Bromwich practice is very rude. I believe her name is Jean. She was chasing me for subscription money when I had cancelled my pet plan as they had screwed up the vaccinations of one of my three cats so I had to start over again. No sense of customer service.
