My tiny chihuahua fell over and fractured her skull, the vet was very honest and open with me. Great communication and keeping me up to date. The surgery is clean and I was seen on time. Perfect.

My dog got diegnosed a couple of years ago with Addison's, this vets has been fantastic! They have truly truly looked after me, my purse and my more importantly my dog! They are always caring, understanding and knowledgeable. Nothing Is never too much trouble, I ring they respond, I ring they call me back, I worry they reassure.... They are faultless! The surgery is perfect, clean, tidy informative and the staff are so so kind and understanding. Nothing is too much trouble. In our regular visits we have sat and watched many people with pets come and go. The nurses are so caring making sure the patients are cared for and owners understand the care and medication required. On a sadder note I have watched the staff give the utmost respect to owners who have lost pets who can't bear to stay and settle up, an understanding face and a jester of the hand to send them out the door and to 'settle' later shows great compassion. The staff at my vets are truly amazing people and I feel bless that they are MY VETS!!

I have been using Penmellyn vet practice for over ten years and have found the vets to be skilled, honest, personable and talented in their diagnosis... they are for both my pets and farm animals the best care takers I can ask for... each and every vet I have seen has loved and cared for all my animals with a sense of understanding and gentleness that you need when you need a vet!

As the owner of 9 horses, 4 dogs, 4 cats and sheep and poultry I have used the services of Penmellyn for the last 18 years. I cannot thank them enough for the knowledgeable help I have received from them in a variety of situations including emergencies. Their facilities are first class, the admin, nursing and other staff friendly and I would happily (and often do) recommend them to anyone.

Greeted with friendliness and a smile. Shown to the waiting area. Didn't have to wait long. The vet welcomed us into the consulting room and gave Meme a thorough check. Explained everything and came out to the reception desk to book her next appointments. Overall a very good visit.

Having horses, dogs and cats I think Penmellyn is defiantly the best practice around and being able to look after all of my animals, it gives me confidence that I know the vets and the professional service that they provide.
