Jade and Lucasz have been amazing with my dog. When I called and explained our situation, jade was amazing and reassuring. I brought haze in and both jade and lucasz were amazing with haze even after haze had to have surgery. No matter how many times we phoned for updates on him, they were patient and understanding and were happy to help. My family and I cannot thank everyone there for their help and patience with us. You've been amazing

I brought my 16 year old cat in late evening on 18 December after she collapsed at home. When I arrived, the vet was kind, efficient and able to explain to me what her symptoms were. I left her overnight for rehydration and was able to say good night to her. I collected her the following morning and though sadly had to make the decision put her to sleep at my regular vet, I am very thankful for the professional, quality care she received from the emergency vet service.

Our beautiful cat Molly had been very poorly for a while. She had been too her own vets numerous times. Sadly though we knew our girl Molly could take no more so we knew we had to put her to sleep. From the first phone call the staff were wonderful. Upon our arrival they took such good care of Molly and us. We could spend as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Nothing felt rushed. Even arranging her cremation and the casket they really helped with. What a fantastic vet and nurse we had that night.

Our cat Leia was brought in to the south London emergency veterinary centre unfortunately with only a few hours left to life. We hadn't realised she was in such a critical state. The vet and veterinary nurse made Leia's final hours comfortable and warm. They were incredibly sensitive and supportive of our situation as we were very upset. We have no hesitation to recommend this. Linux. Steph

As a distressed owner with an unwell cat, from the moment I called, Jade was reassuring and invited me to bring our cat in. After a short wait, we were seen and the team were kind enough to take our cat into a different room to administer her pain relief. Jade continued to be kind and helpful as we were leaving. Subsequently, she was able to assist me with a phone query and was proactive with suggestions on how to complete the insurance forms in the most efficient way. Wonderful customer service.

Our dog had to go as an emergency as our own vet was closed. They were very helpful over the phone and was ready for us when we arrived. Vet explained everything he was doing and what the next course of action was. We was left to spend time with our dog, before we had him put to sleep as there was nothing that could be done. The vet left us afterwards to spend more time with our beloved pet. Nothing was rushed everything for our pet was done with dignity and respect. Even down to the casket for his ashes. I would like to thank everyone there and would not hesitate to us them again if the need arose/

After initial visit to our vet on Friday morning, our poor Diggery (11 mth old cat), got worse over weekend. I took him into the very compassionate care overnight for the team. They keep me updated on progress and what they thought the issue could be. He was discharged back into local vets care on Monday morning, clearly he had been looked after well and the team, demonstrated obvious passion to care. Sadly, our lovely cat didn't make it in the end, after referral from our local vets to specialist, his condition had just got worse and worse, poor wee thing had to be put to sleep on the Tuesday. A big thank you to the team at Streatham, who were compassionate, care and genuinely interested in his well being.
