Been with this vet for many years even when I lived away for 6 years and still used them. Would recommend 100%

Visited yesterday 3rd June to have Zeppelins claws clipped. Very nervous about leaving him on his own, due to lockdown procedures. He panics when handled or picked up by strangers. Don't know why I worried it only took minutes and he was back with me. Nurse said he had been excellent. I shouldn't have worried as my cats have always been well cared by the staff.

Last night I took my beloved cat honey who was 17 to have her put to sleep as she had sadly become very poorly that day. The vet was amazing and so kind. Due to covid 19, I wasn’t able to be with her at the end however this amazing vet was just lovely and I’d like to thank him so much for his kindness .

I have used St Anne's for many years and have always felt like I've been treated like family rather than a customer
