Cant thank everyone at the practice enough, from diagnosis of a tumour to swift removal and fabulous aftercare of my georgeous lab Odie, even with all the additional pressures of Covid going on. Your hadling of him (and and a very worried Me) were amazing and he is now back to full health.

Tia, our much beloved cat of 18 years, was put to sleep recently. It was understandably a traumatic and sad time, but all staff were respectful towards Tia, myself and my husband. They showed so much empathy and understanding, it helped to lessen our grief. No words can convey our thanks.

Very friendly staff , buzz was treated very quickly for a wound in his mouth, he was made comfortable and had a little operation to stitch the wound and came home with appropriate advice and medication to help him recover. They done a great job even in this Corona virus crisis the staff still remained professional, Definitely would recommend harts vets to friends and family

Sadly my cat Hermionie had to be put to sleep 2 weeks ago having had a lymphoma tumour. The care we received was 100% & I cannot thank all the staff enough that treated Hermoine & looked after us. The vets Gemma, Steffi, Lizzie, & Elizabeth were amazing. The nurses & reception staff were amazing too. Hermoine was only 4 1/2 & myself & my family are missing her lots. She was timid & hated her cat box but was a valuable member to our family. I am missing her hugs & kisses. Thank you all again for your care in looking after Hermoine

What a brilliant vet practice all the staff are so helpful, professional and caring. Both my dogs are so well looked after in their care. Even over the New year holiday when my pomeranian was admitted to the hospital the service they provided was first class.

I took my 11 year old border collie, Phoebe, to Harts as an emergency after she collapsed. The care she received was superb. She was seen by a vet very quickly and within an hour of my calling she had scans, x-rays and had been admitted. The vet , Gemma, suspected pyometra even though Phoebe was still in season and she was right - an absolutely amazing spot. Following surgery and a short hospital stay Phoebe made a full recovery. The care Phoebe received was first class. Would highly recommend this practice.

Over the last few weeks my dog has been quite unwell and has had to undergo surgery at Hart's.Without exception every single member of staff I have had any contact with has shown great professionalism , excellent care and a service second to none. I have complete trust in them to do the very best they can for my pet. The friendly , calm and reassuring manner from all is so much appreciated . Nothing is too much trouble. I have never been made to feel that I am being a nuisance, even when phoning out of hours. To name but a few, I would like to give thanks to Steffi, Ian, Kate, Ellie,Lou,Rae,Sarah,Carys,Emily,Donna and Rachael. You are all wonderful .

Sweep has been with Hart for the last 18 years. This week we finally had to say goodbye to our beloved little friend whom we loved so much. Steff and her team visited us at home and whilst the affair was so very sad they were gentle and caring talking us through things. We didn't want to say goodbye to Sweep, he was so much more than just a dog, but want to say thank you for your care.
