Another good visit to my excellent vet Gemma Prophet for vaccinations. She was very thorough and helpful. I was advised on all aspects of my cats’ health such as breathing which I was worried about and weight control. Gemma is VERY experienced and helped my old cat who was very ill. When nobody could find out what was wrong with him she found out straight away! I trust this vet 100%, she always takes a lot of care and trouble with my cats and genuinely cares which is invaluable.

Hart vets have always given us excelent service , our previous collie Jack, was extremely well looked after on his yearly visits, and recently was diagnosed with a tumour, and had a very peacful end to his life with the extremely proffesional and compassionate care by one of the new vets at the practice. Our new collie Daisy is receiving the same proffesional care now, she has been spayed and the before hand and after care is exceptional, and when we arrived home tonight we had a follow up call from dan the vet (who looked after our jack at his demise) to enquire after daisy, singing her praises about how lovely a nature she has and advice how to care for her in her recovery. This type of follow up is exceptionally professional and shows a very caring and great love of animals. My wife and I cannot praise Hart Vets highly enough, all the staff, vets, nurses and receptionists are brilliant.

Brought our beloved 11 year old staffy in due to lack of interest in food and breathing issues, having left him in the care of Bicester Hart Vets for a few nights we are extremely pleased with the care and service provided by the team and the quick find of our poor dog's health problems, unfortunately due to the problems we had so say goodnight to our boy, but would have not got through it without the sensitivity and compassion from the staff every step of the way, can would like to also put personal thank you to surgeon Gemma for doing all you can to try and save our boy, he would have been so proud as we are. Thank you again and would certainly recommend any pet owner to go to you.

The Hart Vetinary Centre has its own overnight stay facilities for pets. The staff often rescue or treat lost pets whichh need help and they may receive no payment for their services. They are true animal lovers.

Very pleased with the service at this vets. We were seen by Stephanie, who was just excellent - she was of course great with our dog, but also answered all our questions and gave us really good advice about our dog's long-term health. Very professional

Another friendly and efficient visit to the vet for vaccinations on three cats who hate to be shut in their baskets, and hate even more to take worming tablets. A lovely, stress free visit, after which the three of them were embarrassed to have made so much fuss.

When a Labrador doesn't want to eat you know something's wrong. Clare diagnosed the problem immediately and the next day, and 3 tooth extractions later, Lottie was wanting her food again. Thanks to you all for looking after her so splendidly, as always.

Thanks to the team at the Bicester surgery who looked after Gibson after he was attacked by another dog last week. The staff showed great compassion and professionalism from the minute we walked in. Gibson is well on the way to making a full recovery thanks to everyone who was involved. 5 star treatment!

As above my dog,Ludo, collapsed in the garden in all the rain on Thursday afternoon. I was on my own and unable to lift him to get him in to the car. I rang the vet and the receptionist immediately put me at ease and arranged for the vet & vet nurse to visit. They got to the house really quickly and took Ludo back to the practice to examine him. Ludo had to have surgery to remove his spleen,i was kept informed about his condition and was told a nurse would be with him overnight. I cant praise all the staff that were involved enough. Thanks for looking after Ludo so well.
