I am so glad I changed to this practice. My little rescue dog is quite reactive to dogs, situations and even vets. They turn what can be quite stressful into a pleasure and now he tries to go in to say hi when we walk past. They are so caring and kind and extremely supportive.... Thank you for sticking to your principles and being the best vets around the SW!

Sadly we recently had to have our beloved dog put to sleep. Lily and Anna came out to us and were so gentle with Poppy. Lily explained everything to us, after a thorough examination, gave us all the options, which helped us at very difficult time. Both girls were kind and compassionate, for which we are very grateful. Thank you.

Nice place, very clean and well equipped. Easy to get appointments, very rarely kept waiting. I've been a customer of Vet4Life Teddington for years now. My German Shepherd has arthritis in her legs and I take her in for laser therapy every few weeks. She can be very nervous, but the staff are pleasant and professional and do a good job of putting her at ease.

I absolutely recommend this vet. I'm taking my pug there for a while now and I'm very happy with their professionalism and excellent service.

My dog Baby loves visiting Vet4Life in Teddington, Elle and the team always take such great care of her, last time we visited Baby didn't want to leave! I think that speaks volumes about a veterinary practice.. The practice itself is always clean and tidy, the staff are all professional yet super friendly. Recently Elle and Megan went out of their way to try and help us with insurance issues which we were so grateful for. I have been recommending the keyhole spaying to all our doggy friends.

Vet Response

Thank you for the great review. The team really appreciate the positive feedback and I am really pleased that we managed to help with the insurance claim. Best wishes. Ian

Wonderful practice! My nervous rescue Siamese Kashmir developed FOPS after dental surgery and the practice, Vet Su in particular, has been so good. And vet Seb even sent his X-rays to a specialist practice for a second opinion (which proved helpful). Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming and Kashmir is treated with great kindness and gentleness. Despite 40 years of cat ownership I'm a worrier and usually very nervous at the vet's but this practice has pretty much cured me! They really listen, and I ask lots of questions and like all the technical info, and they are always so patient. They go the extra mile. You will love this practice. They love animals!

Just recently my cat fluffy went missing, he went missing in oct and last week i had an amazing phone call tellin gme he had been found after 7 weeks , 87 miles away ! Although at the time i was told he was perfectly fine i managed to get him home and he was just resting , i noticed he wasnt himself when we arrived home from collecting him from gloucestershire so i called vet4life. They managed to fit fluffy in 1st thing and gave him a complete check over , and treatments which for being missing for 7 weeks i thought he would need alot more! I have been a member of this vets since i was given fluffy as a kitten and 3 years later i will still reccomend vet4life to all family and friends A* service and very friendly & caring staff

Thank you for your kind words, they are really appreciated. We are pleased to hear that Fluffy is on the road to recovery. We are also so pleased to hear that Fluffy was able to be reunited with you after his "little trip away". Lets hope he stays much closer to home from now on! Thank you. Ian

My cat Lexi, unfortunately got hold of one of my prescription tablets when I turned my back. I did not realise this at the time and thought I had maybe taken it without thinking. I went to kitchen 30 min later and found het collapsed on the kitchen floor, unable to move. I did now know she had eaten my pill, but realising that I had questioned having had one pill less early, I thought that the sudden collapse and the symptoms could have been a result of her eating my medication. I am very diligent as I know she likes to play with everything. This caught me totally off guard as just 30 min earlier she was bubbly and running around. We rushed her to the Teddington practice and were greeted and treated on arrival with such caring, compassion and professionalism. The team knew I was stressed out yet they calmed me down and helped me cope due to their wonderful caring attitudes. The Vet, Ian Stroud, was awesome and due to his combination of excellent medical treatment and caring, my Lexi pulled through and was was home the same day. The Nurse Sally Gardner was also wonderful, she was professional and showed such compassion that Lexi warmed to her, something she doesn't do to most people. Julie Carrig, was out first point of contact and was equally caring and compassionate. Her calm manner helped me tremendously and I am very grateful to her for that, as I wasn't the politest of people when i rushed in the surgery. Thank you to such a wonderful team of caring, professional people.
