Just recently my cat fluffy went missing, he went missing in oct and last week i had an amazing phone call tellin gme he had been found after 7 weeks , 87 miles away ! Although at the time i was told he was perfectly fine i managed to get him home and he was just resting , i noticed he wasnt himself when we arrived home from collecting him from gloucestershire so i called vet4life. They managed to fit fluffy in 1st thing and gave him a complete check over , and treatments which for being missing for 7 weeks i thought he would need alot more! I have been a member of this vets since i was given fluffy as a kitten and 3 years later i will still reccomend vet4life to all family and friends A* service and very friendly & caring staff
Vet ResponseThank you for your kind words, they are really appreciated. We are pleased to hear that Fluffy is on the road to recovery. We are also so pleased to hear that Fluffy was able to be reunited with you after his "little trip away". Lets hope he stays much closer to home from now on! Thank you. Ian

My cat Lexi, unfortunately got hold of one of my prescription tablets when I turned my back. I did not realise this at the time and thought I had maybe taken it without thinking. I went to kitchen 30 min later and found het collapsed on the kitchen floor, unable to move. I did now know she had eaten my pill, but realising that I had questioned having had one pill less early, I thought that the sudden collapse and the symptoms could have been a result of her eating my medication. I am very diligent as I know she likes to play with everything. This caught me totally off guard as just 30 min earlier she was bubbly and running around. We rushed her to the Teddington practice and were greeted and treated on arrival with such caring, compassion and professionalism. The team knew I was stressed out yet they calmed me down and helped me cope due to their wonderful caring attitudes. The Vet, Ian Stroud, was awesome and due to his combination of excellent medical treatment and caring, my Lexi pulled through and was was home the same day. The Nurse Sally Gardner was also wonderful, she was professional and showed such compassion that Lexi warmed to her, something she doesn't do to most people. Julie Carrig, was out first point of contact and was equally caring and compassionate. Her calm manner helped me tremendously and I am very grateful to her for that, as I wasn't the politest of people when i rushed in the surgery. Thank you to such a wonderful team of caring, professional people.
Vet ResponseThank you very much for your kind words. I am really pleased that Lexi is doing so well and has made such an excellent recovery. Ian

Our darling elderly dog was so ill this weekend and our usual vet has an out of hours surgery miles away. I couldn't bear to take our beautiful Clover in the car and somewhere new when what she needed was the act of final kindness. The surgery were happy to take Clover on as a new patient and Jenny and Nicola came to our house . They could not have been kinder of more considerate or gentle and loving to both Clover and our family. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

We recently rehomed a 2 yr old cocker spaniel who needed some running repairs! Dixie had mild entropion and deep lip folds that were continuously infected. Su and her team provided amazing care on the day of the surgery and the result is a beautifully open eye and very neat smooth lips. Post surgery care was both attentive and reassuring. I couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention she received and the result of the surgery. Thank you Su.

Vets 4 life are always able to see my three cats quickly when ever I need them. Even when on occasion my idea of an emergency, ends up being something simple. I feel safe that they are in good hands. The team are very caring even when one of my cats gets hissy when the thermometer comes out. I recommend them to all my friends with pets.
Vet ResponseThank you so much for your kind words. It is always a pleasure to care for your cats and we really appreciate your recommendations.

My cat Luna was with Vets4Life since I moved back to Teddington a couple of years ago. She was always, always cared for to the highest level, and always had the best love and support whenever she had to visit. The whole team were always so wonderful and friendly. Sadly Luna had to be put to sleep after trying to fight an illness, but every single effort and energy was put in to trying to save her. I could not have asked for more love and care to help her in her last moments, and I will always be thankful for that. Thank you Team Vets4Life, you are amazing. You have my very highest recommendations.
Vet ResponseWe are so sorry that Luna lost the battle, she was too young and it is very sad to loose a much loved pet so young. Thank you for your kind words, they are much appreciated by the whole team.

The Vet4Life team are amazing. Su was outstanding in her looking after my mamoyh dog Frank. Even though he was 65kg and not the friendliest he had quite a thing about Su. He trusted as did we. Unfortunately we lost him (she was so understanding and helped me with the loss) last year and after thinking never again..I fell for two rescues.... A lot smaller but just as barmy and again both of them love the vets and especially Su. Even when we walk past they want to go in. I cannot recommend this vets enough, it's an amazing practice with outstanding staff..... simply the best

My cat is 18 and a half but you'd never guess! Her coat is glossy, eyes shiny and she's a very happy and contented puss. The vets look after her so well - monitoring her blood and urine (she's got a hyperactive thyroid) and more recently administering her the K Laser treatment for her slightly arthritic knees and hips. She loves the warmth of the laser and usually falls asleep and always purrs. She's got a real spring in her step for an old girl. Brilliant!

Thank you Su and the vet4life team, they literally held our hands whilst our dog Boo who was very ill and looked so poorly was expertly cared for by the lovely team. I don't know how I would have got through those weeks without their kindness shown to our whole family. But our dog Boo was in safe hands, nothing was too much trouble, Su staying well over her time one evening even though I knew she should have been at home. Their care for the animals is first rate, and they were our 2nd choice as a vets, so I am so glad we decided to move to them after trying another practise. I feel confident that no matter what the future holds for our wee dog she will have the best of care and knowledge. Thanks guys
