Please find another vet... My dog was put under unnecessary procedures and they claim I still owe money after already paying well over £1000..took my pet there as was a weekend and local vet closed. My local vet has told me the treatment was extreme. Am seriously considering taking legal advice. Please for your pets sake go elsewhere
Vet ResponseApologies that you are unhappy. We feel that the treatment provided was both necessary and appropriate based on the presentation of your pet and the clinical findings. I hope that you appreciate that we considered your comments carefully and welcome your feedback as we pride ourselves on offering a seven day vet service and always endeavour to offer the highest levels of customer service.

Vet ResponseI am sorry to see that you have given us a low rating. I would very much like to discuss with you where you felt we have let you down. Would you be so kind and call the practice to discuss in further detail.

My 6 year old lhasa apso ruptured her cruciate knee ligament. We were so worried about her. However put in the hands of richard and the staff we had no worries. Throughout her treatment they were all so helpfull caring supportive friendly and efficient. Gareth who operated on her done an amazing job. She recovered really quickly with minimal scaring. All her needs were met by the staff any time we needed them.. Nothing was to much trouble.they even sorted all the insurance out for us. I would like to say a massive thank you from myself my family and of course lottie. I would never go anywer else. Thanks once again

Jeanette Alison has looked after at least four of my dogs Dudley, Holly, George and our remaining dog Mitch She cried with me when she had to put Dudley (Staffie/Boxer cross)to sleep after a short but rapid illness. She treated us and George(Leonberger cross) with the greatest respect when he finally decided enough was enough and those big old legs wouldn't get him up any more and we had to say goodbye. She has treated out new boy Mitch for a persistent ear problem which her treatment has now cured. She treated him with kindness and patience as only a puppy needed. I would recommend her as a vet to anyone I even followed her to this new practice from her previous one to ensure my dogs continue to have only the best .... what more can I say, Thank You just isnt enough

Firstly, I got my appointment wrong half an hour late (mixed up with the times) - however, the recieptionist was lovely offered me a new appointment to which I was on time! I have two guinea pigs which I got from pets at home, brought them home and one started to sneeze and had two bald patches. I took them in to the vet (which was covered by the store) and she was brilliant with them, gave them a really good check over and some medication to go. Couldn't recommend them enough.
