I love these guys, so friendly and reassuring. They have nutered all 4 of my female cats and every time reassured me, answered all questions. Unbalevably helpful. Caring. Rang me to update on how they were after surgery. I can not recomend them enough. Amazing. Will be taking my 3 male cats soon to be done. The prices are very good to. They treat your pet like you do. My animals are very pampered and they get treated so well when in their care. Seriously amazing.

I came in on Thurs with an injured starling and they took him straight away no questions and gave him pain killers, food & water and rest. It was lovely to see such compassion for animals and amazing help for this injured baby. Thank you so much!

My bunny was sadly put to sleep today, she was only 4. I was told that after her having this injection she would then be cremated and placed into their 'Garden of Rest' with other pets...? I did not get to see this garden but would of liked to do so? Is this true ? Do they really have a garden of rest at the store ??

On Saturday 9 June we visited Caroline the vet nurse for a weight management consultation. We were advised that we were feeding our dog weight maintenance biscuits instead of weight loss. She told us she could give us biscuits, on prescription only, for just under £72. When I got the Purina Pro Plus Obesity Managment food home I went online and discovered that I could buy them without prescription for between £42.99 and £50.99. I am disgusted there is £30 difference and no prescription needed for the exact same bag of biscuits.

Please find another vet... My dog was put under unnecessary procedures and they claim I still owe money after already paying well over £1000..took my pet there as was a weekend and local vet closed. My local vet has told me the treatment was extreme. Am seriously considering taking legal advice. Please for your pets sake go elsewhere
