Our dog has had bad experiences in getting his injections and kennel cough in the past. Last year vets4pets re-assured us and encouraged us to bring our dog in to meet the team in a nine stressful environment. Each time I took our dog over the staff were brilliant, gave him treats and patted him. This year for injections I was recommended to take him to Stephen. He was brilliant with the dog and us as owners. Injections were given and yes the dog did stress a bit but not to the extent of previous years. Stephen really explained the dogs re-action to us and was very considerate to bite the dog and us. Thank you so much for your time and patience.

I cannot fault the professional care given by everyone. But the one thing that annoyed me today was the difference in price for Canikur Pro 15ml @ £18 at the practice and when I looked at Amazon for the exact same product it was £5.20. I ordered two as I have three cats with runny poo problems.I had already paid the guts of £100 for one stool screen test.

Wonderfull service and there to help at any time. Our wee Candy suffered a broken leg threw a unautherised flight and a bad landing. we brought her to the vet and he had her in surgery in no time. he even brought her home with him to care for her 24 hours a compleat success even though the bones where very thin and still growing the plate in her leg stays steadfast. the after care is awesome also. again took her in at any time to assure us that all was well. the kids now know that dogs are not made for flight and still have a few years of walking to make ammends
